Spring plant pot cakes
These incredibly sweet springtime pots would
add a wow factor to any counter this Easter.
Ingredients
Add your own decorative flowers and plant
1000g Macphie Vegan Chocolate pots for a colouful & truly eye catching display.
Muffin/Cake Mix 44369
170g vegetable oil
370g water
Makes 26
30g vegan suitable glycerine
Macphie Vegan Chocolate Frosting
Mix the Macphie Vegan Chocolate Muffin/Cake Mix and

liquids on a slow speed for 1 minute, scrape down then
Vegan suitable chocolate shavings mix on middle speed for 6 minutes.
Deposit 60g of batter into standard cake cases.
Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 28-30 minutes.
Finish with Macphie Vegan Chocolate Frosting, dipped in
chocolate shavings and decorate with a flower.
