                                               All Meals are prepared and chilled for you to heat and

                                                                   Cancellations
                                                 72 - hour notice is required for all cancellations.
                                               Cancellations without required notice are subject to a
                                                          charge at 100% of service cost.

                                               Potomac Hospitality Group requires a pre –authorized
                                               credit card number to reserve the order and must be
                                                     paid for in full prior to pick up or delivery.
