ARRIVAL

Before you enter the paddocks, you must previously collect your documents at the check-in in
Meuspath. Please follow the signs to get there. Parking on the premises of the company Manthey-
Racing is not permitted. There is, however, a sufficient number of parking places in the surrounding
industrial area.
Access to the paddocks will not be granted without the mandatory car passes delivered at the check-
in.
Opening times check-In Meuspath:
Friday 17 May 2019 08.00 to 20.00 hrs
Upon presentation of this entry confirmation, you will receive the following materials at the check-in
Meuspath:
• 1 tracking card
• 10 tickets “TOTAL Lane“
• Tickets, number according to number of entered drivers (“TOTAL Lane“)
• 2 parking tickets for team car park B2a
• Parking ticket(s) for camper park B2 (according to reservation made on the entry form)
• 1 pass for service vehicle, limited to 1x2 hours (to unload team materials)
• 1 pass for scooter
In the standby area D1a, the paddock team personnel will issue 1 sticker for each registered team
truck with gives access to the paddocks.
You may furthermore purchase up to maximum 5 tickets “Pit Lane” and 5 tickets “TOTAL Lane” in the
office for the fuel deposit/ fuel cost settlement in the Race Control Tower, 1st floor, at the special
price of 15€ inclusive of VAT. For insurance reasons, these tickets may only be used by team
members. They are valid in the paddocks, on all open grandstands and in the pits.
Event tickets (guests) are also available there at the special price of 20€ (inclusive of VAT). Any
selling-on of these tickets is strictly forbidden.
Any person at the pit wall must always be identified with an armband (see also Information No. 2 in
the attachment).

All caravans must be parked according to the marshals’ instructions inside the caravan park on parking area B2. Please be patient as a great number of teams must be managed and your cooperation is required for this purpose. We wish to provide equal working facilities for all our guests. We kindly request your support in this effort! Thank you! We are acting in an environmentally responsible manner and we separate waste. Each participant must pay a disposal fee of 10€ (VAT included) on-site and in cash. Various refuse bags will be issued. Areas for the disposal of refuse are marked at the entrance to the caravan park. Our staff in the caravan park will supply you with additional refuse bags, if required. We wish to thank you in advance for your cooperation. Please note: A part of the caravan park is provided with a sealed surface, you should not drive in nails or similar! Any infringement of this provision will result in a fee of 357€ (VAT included) for each hole. This fee must be paid on-site in cash. ♦ Deposit of tickets / Temporary access permits Tickets may only be deposited at the ADAC ticket issuing office at the “Scharfer Kopf” (signposted). Tickets will only be handed out upon the presentation of an identification and/or licence. Access: Friday, 17 May 2019 from 09.00 hrs from the standby area
Access in groups
The teams may only use their reserved paddock space as marked by the organiser. Likewise, only
the structures registered in advance may be set up. Any changes requested on-site may
unfortunately not be considered.
♦ Registration, setup and approval of temporary structures
Please study carefully the registration documents 1 attached to the entry confirmation and
published on our homepage www.24h-information.de!
Failure to comply may result in the refusal to set up the structures.
Race cars (on trailer or transporter) may be delivered on Friday, 17 May 2019, between 11.00 and
16.00 hrs, with access through the Historic Paddocks.
Race vehicles may ONLY be unloaded in the area behind the Mundorf fuel station. All trailers,
including towing vehicles or transporters, must be removed from the paddocks immediately after
the unloading procedure.
It is also important to note that the paddocks must be cleared by 23.00 hrs at the latest on Sunday,
19 May 2019.
♦ Service vehicles
1. All the instructions of the paddock marshals must be strictly respected.
2. All the driving lanes must be completely kept clear.
3. In case of any infringement a written reported will be submitted to Race Control.
♦ Trailers / Towing vehicles / Parking offenders
Semi-trailer tractors may be decoupled (as mentioned on the entry form).
Any trailers must be parked upon instruction of the paddocks staff on parking place D1a. The parking
place will not be guarded. Participants arriving with a trailer should make provisions for an effective
anti-theft protection. The organiser does not assume any liability for theft.
Team vehicles must be parked on the parking space specifically marked for the parking ticket
received.

ADAC Qualifikationsrennen 24h-Rennen 2019 Entry Confirmation Pages 2 - 13 Illegally parked vehicles will be towed away at the owner’s expenses. The towing costs for the first offence are 300€ (VAT included). The vehicle will be released only upon payment of these costs. Should a vehicle need to be towed away a second time, the costs for the first offence will be increased by an additional fee of 600€ (VAT included) and the car pass will be withdrawn. ♦ Driving lane 1 / Emergency lane / Access tank truck Driving lane 1 in the paddocks, directly behind the pits, is an emergency lane and the access road for the tank truck and must absolutely be kept clear at all times! The driving lanes and the marked areas must at all times be clear for the passage of the fire- fighting and rescue vehicles. The tail-lifts of the trucks and/or the semi-trailers must be closed and may only be opened for loading and unloading activities. Tyres or other materials may not be stored in this area. The paddock personnel and the security staff will carry out strong controls and report any infringements to Race Control. Note: A one-way traffic system is applicable for driving lanes 2 and 3! ♦ Pit signals / Pit stands The pit stands may be set up from 18.00 hrs on Friday, 17 May 2019! Any gaps in the fence, at and on the pit wall, must be kept clear. Each pit team must be provided with the possibility to signal information to his drivers. Nothing may be attached to the pit wall or to the FIA fence on the pit wall. The design and the construction of the pit stands must not damage the image of motorsport. Please be fair with one another and occupy only as much space as absolutely necessary. Please remember that we have to accommodate all the teams. Page 6 of 13 As at: 05/2019

ADMINISTRATIVE CHECKS AND SCRUTINEERING
♦ Vehicles and division into classes
• There will be no amalgamation of classes!
♦ Administrative checks
Administrative checks will take place at the times indicated below in the Race Control Tower, 1st
floor (please follow the signs), in the Race Office. Each driver must appear in person and present the
following documents (originals).
Administrative checks:
Friday 17 May 2019 from 12.00 up to 21.00 hrs
Saturday 18 May 2019 from 08.00 up to 14.00 hrs, if necessary
The following documents must be presented:
• Tracking card
• Competitor’s and driver’s licences
• DMSB Permit Nordschleife
• ASN permission, if applicable, for all foreign participants
• Medical aptitude form, if not printed on the driver’s licence
• Vehicle registration documents or DMSB Technical Passport or comparable foreign certificate.
Important:
After completion of administrative checks, each driver present will be provided with an armband.
Each driver undertakes to show this armband without a specific request to the marshals on duty at
the pit lane exit before starting the practice session. Drivers failing to carry the armband
identification will not be allowed to take part in practice and a report will be submitted to the Clerk
of the Course. The armband may be removed after the 2nd timed practice.
Armlets:
Upon submission of a deposit of 50€ per item at administrative checks, you will receive 2 armlets for
the pit lane timekeeping (see Communication No. 2). These items must be returned at the Race
Office after the event whereupon the deposit will be reimbursed. The deposit will be retained for any
armlet not returned within 7 days after the event.
You will moreover be provided with a team armlet which must be worn by a team responsible in the
pits at all times during the race. It is thus easier for Race Control and/or the runners to identify and
contact the team responsible (e.g. for the notification of penalties etc.)-
Checks of clothing / helmet / HANS controla
The checks will be carried out in garage 2. Don’t forget your tracking card!

♦ Scrutineering
Scrutineering will take place in the TÜV scrutineering building inside the paddocks at the below
times:

Friday 17 May 2019 from 12.00 to 21.00 hrs
Saturday 18 May 2019 from 08.00 to 14.00 hrs, if necessary
Scrutineering will be preceded by a so-called sticker lane. This is to check whether the obligatory
advertising stickers are duly attached in accordance with the prescriptions.
The race cars of group 24h Special must be presented at scrutineering with empty fuel tank.
Sole exception applies to the cars of group VLN production cars which must be presented with full
fuel tank.
Any car not complying with these conditions, will not be approved at scrutineering.
Any car which is damaged in practice or race may only continue in practice or race after presentation
to a scrutineer who must certify that the car is safe to resume practice or race following repair. It is
the competitor’s and driver’s responsibility to present any such car without specific request. See
Supplementary Regulations Chapter I, Article 15.7!
Check of the attachment of the GPS eye
At scrutineering, the proper attachment of the GPS eye will also be checked. It is the teams’
responsibility to attach them correctly. Please study also the attachments to the entry confirmation
for this purpose.

♦ Checks during the event
• Air restrictors and boost pressure limitation:
We wish to remind that a control and check of the air restrictors / boost pressure limitation
may be carried out at any time during the event.
• Use of the GPS system
As already notified in Article 27.3, Chapter I Sporting Regulations, the GPS systems shall be
used. Please study carefully the attachments which must be respected.

♦ Obligatory advertising
Below, we wish to specify the obligatory advertising announced in the Supplementary Regulations:
Start number panels = TOTAL
Front right and left mudguard = Falken
Upper windscreen = Gran Turismo
Front and rear registration plate surface = H&R
Upper rear window = REMUS
Failure to affix the obligatory advertising may result in the non-admission or disqualification from the
event. The obligatory advertising must be affixed in accordance with the sticker instructions specified
under www.24h-information.de Attachments to the Entry Confirmation.
Specific sticker instructions apply for the cars of class TCR (see www.24h-information.de
Attachments to the Entry Confirmation).
♦ Advertising Measures
Any promotional activity on the venue is strictly prohibited. This applies in particular temporary
advertising measures, such as flags and / or banners as well as promotional activities. If advertising
measures are planned by the participating teams, they have to get in touch with the right holder,
currently SPORTTOTAL LIVE GmbH (24h-rennen@sporttotal.com).
Excluded from the rule are grid girls in the grid, logo representations of team sponsors on race cars,
team trucks, team clothing, etc., when they do not violate the law or general principles of ethics and
morality, are excluded from the rule.
Hot air balloons, zeppelins, drones, airplanes with advertising transparencies or helium balloons are
only permitted with prior written permission as well.
In the event of the infringement, a contractual penalty of € 20,000 net is payable.

FUEL DEPOSIT / FUEL COST SETTLEMENT

The office for the fuel deposit and the fuel cost settlement is located in the Race Control Tower, 1 floor (see
signposting).
♦ Fuel Deposit
On-site in the office for the fuel deposit, each participant will receive a refuelling card and a receipt of the
deposit paid per bank transfer. With this refuelling card, the participant is authorised to refuel at the fuel
pumps in the pit lane. At least one and maximum four persons of a team must sign the fuel card and are thus
authorised to also sign the fuel receipts (which are completed by the fuel marshals at the corresponding fuel
pump for each refuelling procedure). The refuelling card must be kept ready at each refuelling procedure or be
attached inside the car at a clearly visible position.
♦ Fuel Cost Settlement
Within 10 working days after the event, you will receive an invoice with a list of all refuelling procedures.
Within 14 working days, the balance of the fuel deposit must be paid or will be returned onto your account, as
the case may be. Any supplementary payment must be made within these 14 working days onto the following
bank account:

RUNNING OF THE EVENT
♦ Drivers Briefing

The Drivers Briefing will take place in the Media Centre Race Control Tower, 2 floor.
The drivers‘ briefing will be conducted in English only!
Saturday, 18 May 2019 at 16.00 hrs in the Media Centre, Race Control Tower, 2nd floor
Attendance is compulsory for all drivers. All drivers must sign on. Non-attendance will result in a penalty and
may entail a fine of 100€.
♦ Starting Grid Procedure for the 1st Start Group
The value of the last minutes of the starting grid procedure shall be increased in order to adapt their
importance to the huge media attention and the great interest of the fans.
For this purpose, the race cars of the first start group shall be positioned at a distance of one metre
and in an angle of 45° to the track edge, on the left side seen in driving direction (see drawing). The
distance between the cars should be 2 metres.
For any further information, please study carefully the attachment to the entry confirmation,
Communication No. 6, Starting Grid Procedure for the 1st Start Group.
♦ Classification
Disqualification may be imposed by the stewards on any participant stopping or driving at walking
speed in the area between post 207 (short connection Nordschleife and start/finish straight)
before 18.00hrs to wait for the end-of-race signal.
Note: The race leader will receive the chequered flag after a race duration of 6 hours!
♦ Podium ceremony / Class winners’ ceremony
Podium ceremony
The podium prizegiving ceremony will take place on the winners’ podium (Race Control Tower), 1st
floor, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 42 of the Supplementary Regulations.
Class winners‘ prizegiving ceremony
The ADAC Qualifikationsrennen 24h-Rennen class winners ceremony will take place in the „Dorint,
Conference Centre“ (please follow the signposting).
We wish to remind that everybody is cordially invited to attend the prizegiving ceremony on Sunday,
19 May 2019, which will start at 19.30 hrs – access from 19.00 hrs – in the “Dorint Conference
Centre“. (Cups will be awarded up to 25% but maximum up to third position).
Please keep in mind that, for all participants, prizegiving is part of the event.

Paddocks
Preface
This document contains all the relevant information for paddock
access at this year’s Nürburgring Qualifikationsrennen 24h Race. All
the instructions are binding and must absolutely be respected by all
the participants to ensure a smooth running for all the participants.
Under these considerations, we wish to ask for your understanding
that we will no longer accept and implement any special solutions
or arrangements on the grounds and that the spaces and units
(team truck, team truck + tent or tent) notified by you in the
Appendix 1 to the entry form are final.

Procedures
Together with these instructions, you will receive a paddock plan
and a detailed paddock setup plan which is based on your notified
spaces and units. The dimensions which we have received have
been considered accordingly in the layout and are shown in the
detailed paddock setup plan. Please be aware that any
modifications on-site can no longer be implemented as from this
year.

Paddocks
Friday, 13 April 2018
To facilitate the planning and the organisation of the procedures,
we have marked the blocks and the information related to the
various blocks by colours. In addition to the defined block access
times, we have moreover scheduled binding standby times at which
the corresponding units must be ready in the holding area for
departure. Should the units not be present at these times, the
access for the corresponding team in accordance with the schedule
cannot be guaranteed. In any such case, access will only be granted
after all the other teams, if at all possible (due to the limited space,
it may for example no longer be possible to park a team truck).
Please schedule your travel plans so that you can comply with your

mandatory standby time. An early arrival will not result in any kind
of time advantage for your team but it will, in contrast, impede
the schedule of procedures. Should, on the other hand, you be
delayed in your arrival, you are requested to immediately inform
the paddock management team accordingly under the following
hotline: +49 (0) 1759713956. This number will be permanently on
service during the setup times.
Access: Friday, 15 May 2019
To reduce the waiting times, access will start with the blocks in the
order of rows 1 and 2! The teams and units which shall be affected
are shown in the detailed paddock setup plan.
The following points must be respected in this context:
- The standby area on Friday will be located on parking area
D1a. Entry to the standby area through the access at
Bundesstraße (highway) B258 (see signposting).
After arrival at the standby/ holding area, the paddock staff will pre-
sort the units in accordance with the assigned paddock positions
which are shown in the appendix in the detailed paddock setup
plan.

one by one and upon instruction of the paddock staff, starting from
the aforementioned times.
- The units will be directed from the standby area via the
Bundesstrasse (highway) B258 and the access to the “Hotel
Lindner” into the GP paddocks.
The instructions of the paddock staff must be absolutely respected.
The organiser reserves the right to instruct individual teams to enter
the paddocks ahead of schedule if this concerns teams with
containers or teams located at a corner point.
Only the space notified by the teams and marked by the organiser
inside the paddocks may be occupied. Modifications on-site can
unfortunately not be implemented.
Important:
We wish to remind that it is not the order at the access to the
standby area on the Friday that shall be decisive for the setup. The
teams will be pre-sorted according to the setup schedule and
summoned by the paddocks staff to enter the paddocks at the
corresponding block access times.

Additional conditions and requirements
The following applies:
1. Semi-trailers must be decoupled (according to the paddock
staff instructions).
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
2. Trailers and semi-trailers must be parked on parking area D1a
in accordance with the instructions of the paddock staff. The
parking area is not guarded. Participants arriving with a trailer
should therefore ensure to have a suitable anti-theft system.
The organiser will not assume any kind of responsibility for
theft.
3. Team vehicles must be parked on the “team parking” area
B2a, specifically provided for that purpose. A single access to
the paddocks to unload and upload the vehicles is only
permitted with the pass “Anlieferung Teams” and for a
duration of 1x2 hours.
4. Parking offenders will be towed away at the owner’s costs.
The first towing procedure will be liable to a fee of 300 Euro
(VAT included). The vehicle will only be released upon
payment of the fee. Should a vehicle have to be towed away
for a second time, a fee of 600 Euro (VAT included) will be
added to the aforementioned amount. The car pass will at the
same time be withdrawn.
5. Driving lane 1 inside the paddocks, immediately behind the
pits, is a safety and access road for the refuel truck and must
be kept clear at all times!
6. All the driving lanes must at all times be clear for the passage
of fire-fighting and rescue vehicles. The lifting plates of the
trucks and the semi-trailers must always be closed and may
only be opened for uploading and/or unloading purposes.
Tyres or any other materials may neither be stored in this
area. The paddock marshals and the security staff will carry

out increased controls and any infringement will be referred
to Race Control.
7. One-way traffic is applicable for driving lanes 2 and 3.
8. All the participating teams are reminded that the disposal of

used tyres, used oil, bulky waste, food scraps and similar
materials inside the paddocks is strictly prohibited. The
causers will be held liable for any non-compliance.
9. The pit gates towards the paddocks side should at all times be
kept close, as far as possible. Access to the pits will be
controlled.
Any infringement of the aforementioned points will result in a
written report to Race Control.

Pit signals / Pit stands
The setup of the pit stands is not possible before Friday, 17 May
2019, from 18.00hrs. Any pit stands set up before this time will be
removed by the organiser.
All gaps in the fence, at and on the pit wall, must be kept clear. It
must be possible for each pit team to give signals to its drivers.
Nothing may be fixed to the pit wall and/or to the FIA fence on the
pit wall.
The presentation and the design of the pit stands shall not

jeopardize the image of motorsport. Please show a fair behaviour
towards each other and use only the space which you really need.
Please remember that we must accommodate all the teams and
that the other support races may also use the pit stands, as agreed.

Moreover, we wish to remind that the area in front of the pits must
be cleared and may not be impaired for the duration of other
competitions or the related practice sessions (see Supplementary
Regulations point 18.1 Pits).

Moreover, the provisions in Article 12 / Paddock Organisation in
the Sporting Regulations of the Supplementary Event Regulations
are binding and must be respected.
12.1
ARTICLE 12 SPORTING REGULATIONS (PADDOCKS)
Final instructions regarding the occupation of the paddocks will be
published with the entry confirmation. Important information will
also be announced on the homepage (www.24h-rennen.de) in the
competitors’ section. The allocation made by the organiser is
binding for all competitors. There is no claim on any particular
paddock area. The entry into the paddocks and the allocation of
places inside the paddocks shall always take place under the control
of the paddock marshals and their instructions must always be
strictly observed. The specifications made in the APPENDIX 1 to the
entry form (service vehicle) are binding.
12.2
The area immediately behind the pits (A-area) is basically provided
and reserved for trucks (no tents, no busses). All other constructions
must be set up in the 2nd row (B-area) in accordance with the
instructions of the paddock marshals.
12.3
Only the team catering is permitted inside the allocated and paid
service area. Events for customers / hospitality activities are not
permitted inside the paddocks (teams’ area).
12.4
A maximum 30 sqm large space for service vehicles for each race car
is already included in the entry fees. These 30 sqm may however
only be occupied by service vehicles or material tents. For safety
reasons, the storage of materials only (e.g. tyre piles, motor
scooters, bicycles etc.) in these areas is not permitted. There is no
legal claim on the use of the 30 sqm!! Should a competitor
obviously not need the complete aforementioned space, the
organiser may re-allocate this unused space.

12.5
The requirement for a larger space must under all circumstances be
previously agreed in writing with the organiser until the entry
closing date at the latest. The fees for any additional space are
specified in Art. 10.4 of the Supplementary Regulations. No space in

addition to the one registered previously in writing can be provided
after the entry closing date or upon on-site request.
12.6
Teams having entered or servicing multiple race cars (minimum 3
cars) must declare this accordingly on the corresponding entry
forms and also in the Appendix 1 and they must indicate the
required space. An individual agreement can be reached in any such
case.
If a team fails to submit that written application in time and
together with the entry form and the Appendix 1, the fees in
accordance with Art. 10.4 will be charged.
12.7
A drawing to scale must in all cases be prepared (APPENDIX 1 to the
entry form). This drawing must include steps and open lifting
platforms.
12.8
APPENDICES 1, 2 and 3 must in all cases be submitted together with
the entry form. Otherwise, no space will be provided.
12.9
Semi-trailers MUST be decoupled. Trailer and semi-trailers must be
parked on parking area D1a in accordance with the instructions of
the paddock marshals. The parking area will not be guarded.
Participants arriving with a trailer should ensure that they have a
suitable anti-theft system. The organiser will not assume any kind of
responsibility for theft.
12.10
Driving lane 1 behind the pit installations must at all times be kept
clear for the passage of rescue vehicles and refuel trucks. The
tailboards of the trucks must either be closed or be completely

lowered and they may not protrude into the hatched off-limits
areas.
Step constructions, stored materials or tables and chairs etc. must
not protrude into the driving lane.

12.11
The storage of materials, motor vehicles (including motor scooters
and quads), bicycles etc. in the areas of the staircases and the
hatched escape routes is prohibited.
12.12
Speed inside the complete paddocks is limited to walking speed.
Any infringement will result in the withdrawal of the access permit.
12.13
Driving on the roads inside the paddocks is only permitted in driving
direction as specified. The obligation to drive on the right side of the
roads is applicable. Any stopping on the roads inside the paddocks is
prohibited! Exception: the stopping of race cars in the scrutineering
area or in the prestart area – always in accordance with the paddock
marshals’ instructions.
12.14
Parking offenders will be towed away at the owner’s costs. The first
towing operation will be liable to paying a fee of 300 Euro, inclusive
of 19% VAT. The vehicle will only be released by the chief paddock
marshal upon payment of this fee. Should a vehicle have to be
towed away for the second time, a fee of 600 Euro inclusive of 19%
VAT will become due and payable. The car pass will at the same
time be withdrawn.
12.15
Additional spaces for tents, including kitchen tents (team catering),
must be requested in writing and will be charged according to the
provisions in Art. 10.4 of these Regulations. The tents may only be
set up in accordance with the organiser’s instructions and on the
spaces provided for that purpose. It is prohibited to fix or secure the
tents with pegs. It is the responsibility of the team to obtain the
approval for the setup of tents / compliance with the safety

provisions, if required. Any infringement of this provision will result
in a fee of 357 Euro inclusive of 19% VAT for each hole caused by
any such peg. This fee must be paid on-site in cash.
12.16
ARTICLE 12 SPORTING REGULATIONS (PADDOCKS)
No caravans or mobile homes of the teams/ participants will be
permitted inside the paddocks. The caravan park is located at an
adjacent area.
12.17
Each team is allowed to have 2 caravans or mobile homes with a
total length of 7.50 metres (inclusive of drawbar for caravans) in the
caravan park. The costs involved are already included in the entry
fees. A fee in accordance with Art. 10.4 of these Regulations will be
charged for any vehicle exceeding this dimension. If space permits,
the teams may place an additional vehicle (caravan or mobile home
up to 7.50 metres long) in the caravan park upon paying a fee in
accordance with Art. 10.4 of these Regulations. Please note
APPENDIX 2 to the entry form. These declarations are binding.
12.18
Animals are prohibited at the event venue, with the exception of
dogs (however not permitted in the pits, the pit lane or other safety
areas) which must however always be kept on a leash. Moreover,
the use of motor vehicles, skateboards or similar means of
transportation by children or by persons without driving permit is
prohibited. Any means of transportation which are not covered by
insurance (e.g. motor scooters and quads) may not be used inside
the paddocks. Segways are prohibited and may not be used inside
the paddocks. The organiser has the right to confiscate any such
vehicle and to withhold it for the duration of the event. The
organiser will charge a fee of 357 Euro inclusive of 19% VAT for any
such confiscation for safety reasons. The confiscated vehicle will
only be released upon payment of this fee. All users of scooters and
quads must use helmets in the paddocks! Scooters and quads must
have a motor vehicle licence.

The paddock marshals and the security personnel under contract of
the organiser will check the compliance with the all the applicable
provisions throughout the entire duration of the event. With their
signature on the entry form, the competitors and drivers confirm
acceptance of these conditions. Any competitor/ participant who is

in breach of these conditions/ provisions will be reported to the
Stewards. Competitors/ drivers shall be held responsible for all acts
of their team staff, other team members or suppliers such as for
example caterer. Any misbehaviour of this group of persons will

Test- und Einstellfahrt am 18. Mai 2019
im Rahmen des ADAC Qualifikationsrennen 24h-Rennen
Bitte beachten Sie, dass vor Beginn der Veranstaltung von jedem Teilnehmer (Fahrer
/ Beifahrer) ein gesondertes und ordnungsgemäß ausgefülltes sowie
unterschriebenes Nennformular für die Test- und Einstellfahrten beim Veranstalter
vorliegen muss.

Vor Ort kann die Nennung für die Test- und Einstellfahrten im Rennbüro bei der
Dokumentenabnahme abgegeben werden.
Dort erhalten Sie zudem alle notwendigen Informationen hinsichtlich Ablauf,
Beifahrer, etc.
Track test on April 18th 2019
During the ADAC Qualification Race 24h-Race
Please notice that all participants (driver / co-driver) have to fill and sign an
appropriate entry form for the track test. This document has to be received by the
organizer prior to the event.

Tabards (Armbinden) für Boxenmauer
Bitte beachten:
Jedes Team kann gegen eine Kaution von je 50,-- € im Rennbüro
2 Armbinden für die Zeitnahme an der Boxenmauer bekommen.
Es ist zwingend vorgeschrieben, die Armbinden korrekt zu tragen. (Nicht in der
Hosentasche oder ähnliches).
Nur Personen mit Armbinde sind berechtigt, sich an der Boxenmauer aufzuhalten.
Die Kaution erhalten Sie bei Rückgabe der unbeschädigten Armbinden am Sonntag,
19.05.2019, von 17:30 bis 19:00 Uhr im Rennbüro zurück.
Please notice:
For timekeeping at the pit wall two armbands are available for each team. Armbands
can be picked up at the race office. A deposit of 50,-- € (per) each armband must be
paid.
It is obligatory to wear armband correctly. (not in the pocket etc.)
Only those crew members who wear armband are allowed to stay at the pit wall.
The deposit will be paid back when returning the undamaged armbands at the race
office on Sunday19.05.2019, from 5.30 to 7.00 pm.

Light Position System
Zum ADAC Qualifikationsrennen wird der Veranstalter wieder das
Positionsanzeigesystem welches für alle Teams verpflichtend ist, einsetzen.
Die Ausgabe der Displays erfolgt am Freitag vor dem Qualifikationsrennen in der
Fahrerinfo, Start-Zielhaus in der Zeit von 09:00 bis 18:00 Uhr.
Die Montage, die Stromversorgung und die einwandfreie Funktion obliegen dem
Team.
Bitte beachten Sie unbedingt die weiteren Anlagen zum Light Position System auf

Wir machen Sie darauf aufmerksam, dass die technische Abnahme des Fahrzeugs
nur mit eingebautem Light Position System vorgenommen werden kann.
Light Position System
During the ADAC Qualification Race the organizer will use the light position system,
which is mandatory for all teams.
The displays will be distributed on Friday before the Qualification Race from 09.00
until 18.00hrs. The position indicators must be collected at the Driver Info Office,
Race Control Tower.
It is the teams’ responsibility to mount the devices, provide the relevant power supply
and the perfect function.
