spezifische Montagetechniken erforderlich
sind bevorzugen wir es, dass unser Entwick-
lerteam vor Ort sehr eng mit unserem Team
aus der Produktion zusammenarbeitet.

The W7’s unique proposition is its ability to deliver extreme output, accurate dynamics and sublime sound quality... all at the same time. The
keys to these performance capabilities lie at the very core of loudspeaker design, where electromagnetic and mechanical behaviors combine
in fiendishly complex ways. JL Audio’s intense research into these behaviors allows us to optimize W7 motor and suspension systems to
faithfully reproduce every bass detail with unparalleled linearity and accuracy. Eight U.S. Patents have been issued for motor, suspension
and assembly technologies used in the W7’s. Every W7 subwoofer is built to exacting quality standards in our Miramar, Florida factory and
manifests our passionate pursuit of great audio.

Unparalleled subwoofer fidelity and excellent output in
very compact sealed enclosures.
What if speaker design compromises could be managed
to create exceptional sound quality and output in very
compact enclosures? This is a question that JL Audio
has been answering since the original W6 subwoofer
drivers were launched in 1993. Built alongside the
flagship W7AE’s in our Miramar, Florida factory, the
W6v3 subwoofer drivers share many of the W7AE’s
groundbreaking technologies to keep distortion well
below audibility throughout the driver’s dynamic range.
The result is detailed, powerful bass that will please the
most demanding listener.

TW5v2 Thin Subwoofer Drivers
The thinnest subwoofer driver in its class delivers premium JL Audio
performance in difficult spaces.
Our patented thin-line woofer technology compresses the architecture of the TW5v2 models using a “concentric tube” structure that supports
the 17,8 cm diameter voice coil and the suspension attachments. This permits placement of the large motor structure much further forward
in the speaker than with conventional designs, while allowing excellent linear excursion capability and mechanical stability. To unleash even
more performance from this technology, the v2 improves upon the original TW5 woofers with 13% greater linear excursion capability. The cast
alloy chassis has also been modified for greater strength and the redesigned motor now features an annular vent.

The TW3 subwoofers offer very shallow mounting depth and
operate in very compact enclosures, making them ideal for

power applications.
The TW1 subwoofer drivers offer a powerful combination of shallow mounting depth, minimal frontal clearance and extremely small
enclosure requirements, making them an outstanding choice for tight-space, moderate power applications. JL Audio‘s Patented Concentric
Tube suspension technology delivers outstanding excursion capability to extract maximum performance potential. This is accomplished by
recessing the suspension attachment surface, so that most of the forward excursion occurs within the frame‘s dimensions. TW1‘s are built in
Miramar, Florida, USA for those seeking truly exceptional bass quality and impact.

W7’s. The optimized motor systems and the long linear excursion capability minimize distortion and increase output, while multiple patented

The shallow-depth woofer solution.
W1v3 share many features with our premium subwoofers, including our patented Elevated Frame-
Cooling and Floating Cone Attach Method™ technologies. As with JL Audio’s flagship drivers,
development for these woofers was guided by JL Audio’s proprietary DMA modeling system to
deliver superior dynamic stability and low distortion within their intended power envelope. A
striking injection-molded, black mica-filled polypropylene cone is finished with an aluminum
dust-cap with JL Audio logo to provide a classy look, while a removable (and customizable)
mounting flange trim ring receives grille-mesh inserts directly, without the need for additional
grille hardware. (Grille mesh inserts are sold separately).

The term ”overbuilt” gets thrown around a lot, but in the case of the W0v3, it actually applies. With
beefy voice coils and our patented Elevated-Frame Cooling, they’re certainly capable of handling power.

excursion, DMA-optimized motor system, supported by our patented Elevated Frame Cooling and a highly linear

The TwK-D8 is a state-of-the-art digital signal processor engineered to deliver world-class system tuning capabilities, in an easy-to-use format.
Equipped with an advanced 24-bit DSP processor, the TwK-D8 is equipped with a digital optical (Toslink) input and connects directly to our
FiX™ Interface or any 2-channel digital (S/PDIF) output, to maintain an all-digital signal path. The TwK™ D8 is also equipped with flexible input/
output options, 80 total bands of equalization and powerful mixing tools. The included DRC-200 Digital Remote Controller lets you add dual
configurable level controls, preset toggle, plus LED status reporting, all from the driver’s seat.

Achieving great sound from your factory stereo has never been easier.
The FiX™ 82 is a state-of-the-art digital signal processor engineered to deliver world-class sound from factory audio systems, without replacing
the OEM source unit. Unlike other OEM interface products, the FiX™ 82 is the first DSP to automatically correct time delayed factory outputs
prior to signal summing and EQ correction. With a powerful 24-bit DSP processor and dual 1/3 octave equalizers onboard, complex 2-way,
3-way and 4-way factory audio outputs are combined and level-matched automatically into a flat, full-range stereo signal. Differential-
balanced inputs accept virtually any OEM analog audio signal, from low-voltage, line-level to high-power, amplified speaker-level outputs (up
to 30V RMS). Calibration is initiated with just a single button press and takes only about 30 seconds to complete, with no special equipment
needed. Output options include dual RCA jacks (4V RMS) or a digital optical (Toslink) output, supporting PCM audio (S/PDIF) 24 bit/48
kHz. Activation methods include 12-volt or automatic (Signal/DC-Offset Sensing), plus a dedicated remote turn-on output is on-hand for
controlling your aftermarket equipment.

nahezu jedes analoge Audiosignal einer Werksanlage, angefangen bei Niedrigpegel-Signalen bis hin zu verstärkten Hochpegel-Signalen aus den
Lautsprecher-Ausgängen (bis zu 30 V RMS). Die Kalibrierung erfolgt mit nur einem einzigen Tastendruck und nimmt etwa 30 Sekunden in Anspruch,
ohne dass eine spezielle Ausrüstung benötigt wird. Ausgabeoptionen sind zwei Cinch-Buchsen (4V RMS) oder ein digitaler optischer Toslink-Ausgang
(PCM-Audio, S / PDIF, 24 Bit / 48 kHz). Das Einschalten des DSP kann entweder per automatischer Signalerkennung oder DC-Offset erfolgen. Das Gerät
