spa visits more regular. Life Day Spa offers these treatments at a discounted rate when paying in
advance for your Spa Membership. Speak to our front office staff or management for further

Swiss Shower: The body is overwhelmed by 18 jets that massage simultaneously with warm
water. Then, with the touch of a button, the body is invigorated by a cold waterfall.

Rasul Chamber

Rasul, a traditional Middle Eastern method of exfoliating and cleansing, using mud, herb-scented
steam and a lavender oil infused warm shower. Enter an exotic herbal steam temple under a
thousand stars to take part in a traditional Arabian ritual. Apply active earth muds to specific
areas of the body, whilst gently inhaling the steam infused by pure herbs. This treatment helps to
cleanse the respiratory system, smooth the skin and detoxify the body, whilst revitalising your chi
energy. To complete the ritual, a warm tropical rain pours down from the dome of the Rasul and
as the muds are gently washed away, together with every last drop of tension in your body.

This is a signature treatment designed specifically to cleanse the body. A detoxifying body

traditional massage with rungo sticks to relieve deep muscle tension. Continue detoxing by

eating experience which will tickle your taste buds. For a sensory explosion, dine at Taste, where
we provide wholesome, delicious meals conducive to a healthy lifestyle. Enjoy dining in a
beautiful, relaxing environment or simply relax over a smoothie, fruit juice or cappuccino in
between treatments. Taste provides catering for group bookings at Life Day Spa, ranging from
cocktail platters to three course meals. We have a selection of various group menus to choose
from. Please inform us of any dietary requirements and special eating plans which you are
following so that we can tailor make a dish or menu to suit your palate using ingredients and
items conducive to your desires and specifications.

All spa packages must be paid for on confirmation of booking. Booking in advance is
recommended. Kindly arrive 60 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment/s to allow for sufficient
consultation time. This also allows you time to use the spa facilities, including the Heated Spa
Bath, Swiss Shower, Steam Room
and Sauna.
