                                          Our Customer Service apprenticeship programmes range
                                          from 12 to 15 months and give you the opportunity to bring
                                          Sky content and products to customers across the country.

                            Specialise.   We’ll help you develop all the skills, knowledge and confidence you
                                          need to give our customers extraordinary service. And the best
                                          bit? Once you’ve finished your apprenticeship, you’ll be guaranteed
                                          a permanent role in the Sky family.

                                          Contact Centre
                                          Identifying issues. Solving problems. Answering queries.
                                          Selling Sky products. Our Contact Centre apprenticeship
                                          programme is all about having great conversations. And if
                                          you’re a quick learner with a resilient, can-do attitude, you’ll fit
                                          right into this fun, friendly working environment.

                            Home Service Engineer
                            Listening to customers. Finding smart solutions. Going places.
                            Join us as a Home Service Engineer apprentice and you’ll enjoy
                            the freedom and support you need to make an impact: making fans
                            of our much-loved products, hitting targets and delivering cracking
                            customer service.

                            Home Service Broadband Technician
                            Connecting households. Sharing content. Helping customers make the
                            most of our brilliant products. As a Home Service Broadband Tech Expert,
                            you’ll get to work with industry-leading technology every single day -
                            visiting customers in their homes to fix, install, and demonstrate our
                            incredible broadband and services.

Support and training

                       Lights.    Support and training

                       Camera.
                                  Whichever apprenticeship programme you choose, you can rely
                                  on us to support you all the way. As soon as you start, you’ll be
                                  assigned a Development Coach who’ll track your progress and
                                  help you get settled in.

                       Support.   You’ll also have a buddy, usually a more experienced apprentice
                                  or ex-apprentice, who knows exactly what it’s like to join an
                                  apprentice programme like yours. What’s more, your manager will
                                  make sure you’re connected to the right people and are always on
                                  the right track.

                                  You’ll have the backing of an experienced mentor and gain
                                  an nationally recognised qualification. You’ll also be part of a
                                  close-knit team, get brilliant perks and have the freedom and
                                  support you need to do your best work from day one.
