This season marks the fifth annual Listowel Golf Club Pro-Am. This year’s date is Monday, July 16,
2018. We are proud to continue supporting North Perth Community Hospice through this event. This
event could not be possible without the generous support of Keil-Dadson Insurance& Hyndman
Transport, as well as our many repeat Hole Sponsors.

North Perth Community Hospice provides assistance to individuals and families facing life-limiting
illnesses, death or bereavement. These services are available to the community without fees due, in
large part, to the support from our community and events like this one. To learn more about North

The event will be an 18-hole, shotgun start beginning at 11 am, with registration at 10 am. The format
will be a 3 amateurs and 1 professional, using the best 2 net scores. All players play their own ball,
using handicaps, and the best two Net scores per hole count as the team score. The professional’s
score can be used towards the team score. The Professionals will be competing for a Pro Purse.

All amateurs will receive a gift from Adidas Golf Canada valued at approximately $199. For more
details of the event, please refer to the enclosed entry form. A prime rib dinner will follow play with a
golf casual dress code. As well, participants will be able to enjoy live music on the patio and different
features throughout the day which will provide enjoyment for all players of all skill levels, while
benefitting an important service in our community.

We are also looking for support through Hole Sponsors and Prize Donors. The Hole Sponsorship
information is contained in this package, however if you have something you are interested in
donating to a Silent Auction please contact us at your convenience.
