Orders
To order imply that buyer had accept the following selling terms. You can either use the order slip on line or E mail, mail, phone, fax. Payment
can be made either by credit card SSL (Secure. Sockets .Layer) or all other means you want (Postal money order, bank transfer).
Prices
We accept credit card payments for order which amount is above 15 Euros. We inform you that price are inclusive of tax but they can change
according to market?s rise and particularity exchange rate fluctuations. In the event of a market?s rise buyer will be contacted before delivery.
The seller is entitled to modify the price of an item in so far as there is an obvious printed mistake in the price list. Prices are only valid on receipt
of an E mail or mail confirmation.
Delivery
Goods travel at the addressee?s own risk you order will be processed as they appear on line. Delivery take place on receipt of the whole
payment of goods and expenses dispatch. Generally we send goods within a week on receipt of complete settlement, except in the event of
heavy frost for items which are sensitive to frost. International Postal delivery time depends of country. Items weight more than 10 kilos
according to price, are deliver by air or by boat service. All our items are care.
Reservation clause of property
Goods are property of Maillot Bonsaï company until invoice and delivery expenses are paid in full. Living plants are unwarranted, as cultivation
can?t be supervised by the seller. For plants, a technical growing card is enclosed to every sending.
Litigation
Thanks you to inform us within 8 hours by mail for any dispute. Over this delay no resort could be accepted, carrier is the only one who is
responsible. Court of Bourg en Bresse France (01) is competent.
