NEXADIA technical training This seminar is aimed at technicians and IT specialists. Prerequisites: The following are obligatory prerequisites: Good knowledge of PC hardware and of the Windows™ operating system, good knowledge of networks, basic knowledge of the attached medical equipment. Knowledge of the daily routine of dialysis. Objective of the seminar: After this seminar, you will be in a position to install the NEXADIA system and to adjust it to the needs of the dialysis department. You set up and test the interfaces from auxiliary medical equipment such as patient scales as well as perform function testing on the NEXADIA system. Content of the seminar: - Structure, function and method of operation of the NEXADIA system - Planning a NEXADIA installation for dialysis units - Installation of NEXADIA hardware - Installation of NEXADIA software - Configuration of the NEXADIA software - Function testing of the NEXADIA system - Knowledge about available interfaces and options of the NEXADIA system Seminar overview 2020 3
NEXADIA Application Training
This seminar is aimed at users and application specialists.
Prerequisites:
The following are obligatory prerequisites:
Knowledge of the Windows™ operating system
Knowledge of the daily routine of dialysis.
Objective of the seminar:
You know the daily routines in dialysis and learn to support these works with the help
of NEXADIA expert and NEXADIA monitor.
At the end of the seminar, you will be able to set up NEXADIA expert for operation in
dialysis department and to document the different treatments. You learn about all the
functions of the various NEXADIA expert modules. Together with NEXADIA monitor
you can operate a mostly automated treatment documentation. The seminar is
practical. The corresponding documentation is worked out together with the help of
examples.

Prerequisites: The following are obligatory prerequisites: Good knowledge of PC hardware and of the Windows™ operating system, good knowledge of networks, basic knowledge of the attached medical equipment. Knowledge of the daily routine of dialysis. Successful attendance of training course "NEXADIA expert & monitor" or “NEXADIA technical training”. Objective of the seminar: You are able to update the NEXADIA system for your customer and adapt the system to the latest software version. Content of the seminar: - New NEXADIA components - NEXADIA update prerequisites and best practices - NEXADIA update process - NEXADIA maintenance Seminar overview 2020 5
NEXADIA Application Update Training This training is aimed at users and application specialists who need a re-certification of their NEXADIA knowledge. Prerequisites: The following are obligatory prerequisites: Successful attendance of training course "NEXADIA Expert & Monitor" or “NEXADIA Application Training”. Objective of the seminar: After this seminar, you will be familiar with the latest features of the NEXADIA system. After updating the NEXADIA system, you are in a position to explain NEXADIA’s new features to your customers. Content of the seminar: - Knowledge of available NEXADIA update version - New NEXADIA components - Configuration of the NEXADIA software - New features in NEXADIA expert - New features in NEXADIA monitoring 6 Seminar overview 2020

confirmation
• With the written registration confirmation, you will be sent directions to reach

Follow the Kaiserstraße to the Reinhard-Samesreuther-Straße. Follow this street until the Gebrüder-Freitag-Straße turns to the left. Here you will find iSYMED at house number 1. Journey by the car: From the A5 (from both directions Frankfurt or Kassel) you take the departure from Butzbach south and you follow the street in direction of Butzbach. Leave the second round about at the third exit. Follow the street circa 1 km up to the first side street on the right, Reinhard-Samesreuther-Strasse. Participation

1. Seminar prerequisites
We ask you to read the description and prerequisites of the relevant seminar offering carefully, so that at the beginning of a
seminar all participants have a common level of knowledge. For all seminars offered the most up-to-date program versions
of our software products will be used as basis.
2. Booking and registration
Please book your places on seminars in good time as they fill up quickly. Please note that only a written registration can be
regarded as firm. You receive a written confirmation from us 14 days before the start of the seminar.
The registration form can be found on our web site (www.isymed.com ), or we will be pleased to send one on your
telephoned request.
3. Seminar fees
For the seminar charges please refer to the descriptions of individual iSYMED seminars offered. All charges listed there
are per person and per scheduled seminar. These charges, plus the legal Value Added Tax, are due as soon as they are
invoiced and must be paid in full before commencement of the seminar. iSYMED will send the invoice in good time before
the start of the seminar. Seminar documentation, lunch, beverages and cookies are included in these prices. If it is not
possible to conduct a seminar because of force majeure or for another important reason (e.g. illness of the course
instructor or insufficient number of participants), we will cancel your registration punctually. Beyond the refund of seminar
charges paid all further liability is excluded. Should we be forced, (e.g. because of the illness of a course instructor), to use
another equivalent course instructor, then this is done to ensure the proper conduct of the seminar. We reserve the right to
make reasonable changes to the program of the seminar and these do not entitle to any claim for damages.
4. Seminar daily schedule
Seminar start: 09:00 a.m. Seminar end: approx. 4:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
5. Seminar / Training course rooms
Our training course rooms are equipped with high-performance PCs and with modern display media.
6. Cancellations and changes of bookings
For the cancellation of a registration (only possible in writing) up to and including 11 working days before the date of the
seminar we make a non-recurring administrative charge of 50.00 Euros plus VAT. If the withdrawal takes place within 11
working days of the start of the seminar, the full seminar charges must be paid. However, if a booking is made for another
offered seminar within 6 months of the cancellation, it is then possible to offset these paid charges. In addition we make an
administrative charge of 25.00 Euros plus VAT for each change of a firm booking (only possible in writing). We accept the
substitution of one participant with another generally for an administrative charge of 25.00 Euros plus VAT.
7. Seminar certificate
After success in a final test each participant receives an iSYMED attendance certificate completed for him or her
personally.
8. Copyright
Seminar documentation is protected by copyright. Reproduction, dissemination or other use of the seminar documentation
is only allowed with the explicit written permission of iSYMED.
9. Terms and conditions
In addition, unless these conditions specify otherwise, the general Terms and Conditions of iSYMED GmbH apply.
