Cooking brings people together; it provides an outlet for creativity and
can be relaxing. But, did you know that unattended cooking is one of

Air Conditioners
CityHousing Hamilton is committed to the
maintenance and safety of its properties and
residents. Air conditioners can pose health and
safety risks, such as units falling to the ground,
if not installed properly.

As a resident, before you install an air
conditioner you must receive written
consent from your Property Manager.
Once this consent has been received, the air
conditioner must be professionally installed by
a contractor at your own cost.

If you install an air conditioner without
prior written permission from CityHousing
Hamilton, you will be required to remove it
immediately if it is not installed correctly.
If there are any damages resulting from
unauthorized or incorrectly installed air
