uilt in 2019, our brand new Wilderness Center is the
starting point of all our husky-, reindeer- and ice-fish-
ing tours. Our Wilderness Center offers a peaceful
setting in a genuine wilderness atmosphere within a short
driving distance from Saariselkä. The drive from Star Arctic
Hotel is just under 20 minutes, and our activities include the
pick-up and drop-off between the centre of Saariselkä village,
Star Arctic Hotel and the Wilderness Center.
The Star Arctic Wilderness Restaurant serves delicious meals
made of local ingredients, and the meals are included in our
longer tours. The restaurant has 80 seats and is perfect for
group dinners and other private arrangements. Bookings on
