INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the LTHT online prospectus for 2021/22.
This document provides a summary of the range of
learning opportunities available to you in a variety
of different subject areas, broken down into the five
themes you will see at the top of this screen. You can
navigate through this document by using the arrow
buttons at the bottom of the screen, clicking on the
tabs across the top, or by clicking the navigation button
in the top left hand corner.
The different topics described in this prospectus have been developed
following analysis of the information provided during appraisal season,
and will continue to be updated throughout the year to make sure that
the training on offer is adapted to meet the needs of staff across LTHT.
This prospectus currently includes information on training that is available
from April to September and will be updated and republished on the
following dates:
• 21st June 2021 - Training to be delivered in Quarter 3 (October,
November and December)
• 20th September - Training to be delivered in Quarter 4 (January,
February and March)

time management. Management and leadership skills
are often used interchangeably however it is essential
to understand that leadership is an essential part of
effective management which relies upon building

This is a five module programme to support individuals
to gain an insight into the roles, responsibilities,
duties and attributes of an effective board. You may
wish to access all five modules or you may choose to
access individual modules to support your personal
