THE PROCESS
1 We meet to appraise the property
2 A management authority is signed
3 Photos taken and property is loaded on to the internet
4 Home opens are booked
5 Tenants apply and applications are processed
6 Tenant chosen
7 Lease agreement sent - signed and bond paid
8 PCR completed
9 Regular inspections— first is after 6 weeks then 3 monthly
10 End of each month ( or twice monthly ) rent is paid to owner
less our fee and a monthly statement sent with full details
