1[EN] General export conditions
General conditions:
• These general conditions are an integral part of all agreements to be entered into by us and offers
made by us, unless explicitly otherwise stated by us in writing. All offers are free of obligation.
• Prices are Ex-Works (Retail price excluding VAT and transport).
Acceptance of conditions:
• By accepting an order with us, the buyer is explicitly accepting our terms of sale, whatever other
terms of sale may state.
• The orders agreed with our agents or representatives will only be binding if they have our written
confirmation.
Order processing:
• The order confirmation will be effective when the 50% of the payment is made. The other half
has to be paid before the shipment of the order. Cancellation registered later than 48 hours from
receipt of order will generate an invoice for the full cost of the rug.
Payment conditions:
• If the total amount to be paid on an invoice is less than 300€, the customer must pay the entire
bill in advance by bank transfer.
Transport cost:
• No charge for orders over 2.500,00€ (invoiced value).
• For orders under 2.500,00€ (invoiced value) the following cost will be applied:
Shipment for rolls until 2m. length: 75,00€/order
Shipment for rolls until 3m. length: 100,00€/order
Shipment for rolls until 4m. lenght: 150,00€/order
• A transport quotation must be requested for orders with special need as: rolls over 4m. length,
high volume order or different destination than Benelux area.
• Rugs over 380cm wide will be sent to our warehouses by sea. There is the possibility of making
faster and more personalized shipments with air transport (to check price).
• The shipment of any product by air transport has a greater environmental impact than by sea
transport. In Cumellas we want to reduce the environmental impact and that is why we offer you
the possibility of sending your rugs by sea transport and we will give you a 5% discount on your
order. Check conditions.
General conditions - p3 Delivery time:
Cumellas - p10 • Delivery times are calculated from the first payment and confirmation of the order.
• Delivery times are approximate. In any case, we recommend that the estimated delivery date be

Reservation of ownership:
• We reserve the ownership of all goods delivered by us to the buyer until the purchase price of all
