PRESENTATION
The International Freshwater sport fishing Federation has allocated to the French
Federation the organization of the 10th Feeder World Championship for Nations.
We have chosen the venue of Tranhaleux in the town of Rieux in the Morbihan department
on the Villaine river.
The venue is situated in the heart of historic Brittany, close to the Broceliande forest, home
of Merlin the wizard, close to the international airports of Nantes and Rennes.
The venue has been used several times for international competitions and many times for
major National competitions; the venue is well appreciated by competitors.
The small town of Rieux will welcome us in its multi-purpose sports hall situated just a few
hundred metres from the fishing venue
The local organizers will prepare the site and are at your disposal for any need.

Amount of registration for the team € 1,450.00
The cost of entry includes:
- 1,300 € team entry;
- 150 € FIPSED Tax ;
- 9 tickets for the closing banquet( it is possible to reserve extra tickets, the price is 60€
per ticket);
- 6 fishing licences;
- competitor insurance.
Team entry fee must be paid by the 1st of June 2020 by bank transfer.

In all baits, a maximum quantity of 0.50 liters of earthworms is authorized. Earthworms should be presented whole (uncut). The bloodworms can only be used for the hook and they must be presented in the "official FIPSed measure" box specially designed for this purpose. After the control, the bloodworms intended for the hook can be used for the bait. width of river: 200 m depth: 2 m to 7 m main fish species: Bream of all sizes, Roach and hybrids. 6

The venue is closed from 22 June to 6 July 2020
During these 14 days training, the venue is closed also to all competing teams of these
championships for 500 m upstream and down stream (including opposite bank).

KEY RECOMMENDATIONS IN THE FIGHT AGAINST DOPING
An Authorization for Therapeutic Use (AUT) is a certificate delivered by an anti-doping
organization (international federation for athletes of international level, to ONAD for athletes of
national level, and organizer of major events for athletes who participate in major events ). It is a
certificate issued for a specific prohibited substance, in specific doses, with limited time validity.
The TUE application must be based on a well-documented medical condition, and on a diagnosis.
The AUT will only be granted according to very strict criteria set out in the International Standard
for AUT.
Athletes must absolutely avoid taking any medication containing a prohibited substance
without having a valid AUT.
The presence of a prohibited substance or its metabolites or markers in the sample in an athlete
without a AUT constitutes an anti-doping rule violation, as are the use or the attempt to use a
prohibited substance, a method prohibited, possession of the latter, their administration or any
attempt at administration. Athletes should therefore consult the list of prohibited substances

doctor before taking your medicine, in order to ensure that no prohibited substance is contained in
the medication they require.
An athlete whose pathology requires treatment with a prohibited substance or method, must
submit a AUT application to the International Testing Agency (ITA), carefully following the CIPS
AUT application procedure.
To request the TUE he or she must therefore use the form which can be downloaded from the ITA

The exemption request must be sent to the following email: tue@ita.sport
Each TUE request will be evaluated very carefully by ITA for authorizations for therapeutic use
and will only be granted if it complies with the International Standard for AUT https://www.wada-
ama.org/sites/default/files /resources/files/wada-2016-istue-final-en_0.pdf and the criteria provided for in
Article 4 of the above-mentioned Standard.
If the AUT is granted, the athlete will therefore be authorized to use the medication during the
period of validity of the AUT without violating the anti-doping rules.
Regardless of whether a AUT has been granted or not, athletes must always declare on the anti-
doping forms completed during sample collection any medication and any dietary supplement
taken during the seven days preceding the collection of the sample, also declaring any blood
transfusion performed for three months before collection of samples.
If a AUT has already been granted by an ONAD or an ORAD, the athlete in question must not
request another one from the CIPS / ITA, because the CIPS recognizes all AUT granted by the
ONAD and by the ORAD.
Every athlete has the right to practice a clean sport
