TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Rates are subject to change. Contracts accepted prior to rate change will be honoured at the contracted rate until expiry.
Contracts cancelled for whatever reason prior to completion will be pro-rated to the one time insertion rate for previous
insertions and invoiced to the advertiser.
2. The publisher reserves the right to refuse any advertisement which is felt to be not in keeping with the standards of the publication.
3. The advertiser assumes liability for the content of the advertisement. A proof may be requested of the advertisement prior
to publication. If the proof is not returned by the date marked on the sheet, the publisher will assume the advertisement is
satisfactory for publishing.
4. All payments are due within thirty (30) days of invoice. Overdue accounts will be charged 2% interest and future insertions
may be refused until such time as the account is brought up to date.
5. The publisher reserves the right to request payment in advance for any advertisement.
