Interaction Block in the Email Lite Editor
Business Benefits
▪ The recently introduced "interaction" block in
the classic content editor is now available in
the email lite editor.
▪ The new block for interactions allows you to
define blocks in emails for any kind of
interaction of your customers.
▪ You can for example include a block for last
viewed product, a recently attended event or
a reference to a service ticket, just to name a
few examples.
▪ Additionally, the abandoned shopping cart
functionality known from the classic editor is
now available in email lite using this layout
block.
Key Capabilities
▪ Include the interaction layout for any type of
interaction into your email design.
▪ Design the layout and attributes to be
displayed in the block.
▪ Use the email in scheduled campaigns or in
trigger based campaigns to send customers
information.
▪ Contents of email are populated based on the
last interaction of that type (scheduled
campaigns) or the triggering interaction (for
trigger campaigns).

Business Benefits
To have flexibility and control over data privacy,
you can disable email tracking for email
campaigns:
▪ Send marketing emails without any email
open pixels and link tracking redirects.
▪ Send emails according to customer
preferences on whether they allow tracking.
