The Wellness Team at Willow Urban Retreat offers holistic spa
therapies and wellness consultations in a beautiful and tranquil
environment. From purified air systems and non-toxic, ethically-
sourced building materials, to a crystal grid lovingly set into the
foundation of the retreat, Willow lives and breathes wellness and
clean living.
Massage, facials, body therapies and wellness consultations are
provided by our skilled team of holistic health experts, influential
specialists and outstanding spa therapists, all dedicated to guiding
you into a state of balance and wellbeing and empowering you to
create a healthier and more vibrant life.
For our spa treatments, we have carefully selected Australian-
owned and made exclusive products by Subtle Energies, who
offer results-driven aromatherapy, natural skincare and wellness
solutions. The range is created with intent to address multiple skin
and body concerns, while delivering high performance results to
elevate your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Signature Willow 60/90 minutes $170/$215 A deeply restorative massage therapy, customised to perfectly fit your needs in the moment. Intuitively delivered, this couture massage experience helps to release deeply held emotional and physical tension. Crystal bowl sound healing and personalised therapeutic oil blends are used to calm the nervous system and quieten the mind. Deep Tissue Release 60/90 minutes $170/$215 A therapeutic, bespoke massage that is intense and invigorating. Utilising a combination of strengthening and rejuvenating essential oils, the Deep Tissue Release is designed to melt away knots and deep tension in tight and aching muscles. Remedial 60/90 minutes $170/$210 Excellent for mobilising joints, improving overall muscle function and dislodging the root cause of pain. We use a variety of techniques, tailored to your body’s needs and working into the deeper layers of muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia. The restorative powers of 24K Gold Leaf and Mogra work synergistically to boost collagen production, increase skin cell renewal and penetrate and revive the deeper layers of the skin to reduce signs of ageing. Soothe & Enrich Antioxidant 60/90 minute $165/$215 An intense and enriching facial that delivers an exceptional nutrient-rich elixir to revitalise dry, sensitive or ageing skin. Body Therapies Our body therapies are thoughtfully composed to purify, invigorate and enrich the skin while the natural potency of Subtle Energies’ body care range brings the senses to life. The Curative Body Wrap 60 minutes $170 Revitalise skin texture with a ritual that purifies and nurtures. Lymphatic enhancing dry-body brushing is followed by a mineral-rich clay wrap, a soothing head massage and a hydrating application of body creme or oil. A soothing and balancing treatment that will leave your skin glowing. Rasayana Detox Body Scrub 60 minutes $170 Rejuvenate skin tone and enhance circulation and detoxification with finely milled walnut shells, cinnamon powder, and the aromas of wild turmeric and Tulsi. Complete your treatment with a warm rain shower, followed by a hydrating application of body creme or oil to leave your skin glowing. Salt Body Beautiful 60 minutes $170 Invigorate the body and alleviate fatigue with a strong exfoliation of mineral- rich crystal salts and aromatherapy oils. Express Remedies WILLOW Enjoyed in combination with another treatment or on their own, we created a delightful selection of shorter duration therapies to help you maintain self-nurturing and connection. Still Mind 45 minutes $125 Designed to balance and ground, this wonderfully soothing head, shoulder and décolletage treatment begins with a divine scalp massage using a nourishing neem and gul heena hair oil. Next, you are taken deeper into relaxation with a shoulder, neck and décolletage massage. Combining fresh, spicy, sweet and herbaceous aromas, this beautiful treatment aims to uplift, promote focus and calm the emotions. Therapeutic Salve for Hands & Arms 45 minutes $125 This replenishing treatment begins with an exfoliation, then a green tea and spirulina detox mask. Tension points are then released along the hands and arms via therapeutic massage, and the treatment concludes with application of your choice of body oil and a Rose & Cardamon Hand Cream. Featherlight Leg and Foot Therapy 45 minutes $125 We start with a warming and aromatically spiced mineral salt foot soak.
