If you plan to design promotional materials, please
review the following marketing guidelines:
• Neither the meeting name nor the NASS or JSRS
name, logo or seal may be used in exhibitor
promotions. There can be no implication in any
promotional materials, on-site materials or after
products, that they are connected with the meeting,
presented in cooperation with NASS/JSRS, or
endorsed by NASS/JSRS.
• Any announcements, invitations or solicitations,
including envelopes, advertising, websites, etc. must
receive NASS approval prior to distribution or posting.
