Logo requirements: Sponsors must submit to Intalere their company logos in web- and print-ready formats
upon notification of acceptance of their online registration. Logo specifications are as follows:

• Signage: hi-res, editable, vector eps file
If logos are not received in a timely manner, or the format does not meet specifications, web and signage
recognition will not be included as indicated in the sponsorship package.

With the purchase of either of the above packages, additional booth representatives may be registered to

Intalere Elevate 2019 sponsors and exhibitors must adhere to the following:
1. PRICING: All Elevate 2019 sponsorship and exhibitor pricing is guaranteed through May 16, 2019.
2. PAYMENT: You will have the option to pay by credit card or be invoiced. Payment in full is due by
April 22, 2019. Please note that 2019 booth reservations will not be held without payment in full.
3. INSURANCE: You understand and agree that neither Intalere, Inc. nor Gaylord Rockies Resort and
Convention Center maintains insurance covering your property.
4. CANCELLATION: Your company may not cancel sponsorship or exhibit space after acceptance by
Intalere.
5. LIMITED LIABILITY: Intalere’s sole and exclusive liability arising out of or related in any way to any
act, error or omission for which it may be legally responsible to you shall not exceed the cost of any
cash payment by you to Intalere. Intalere will not, in any event, be liable for exemplary, special or
consequential damages, including without limitation damages related loss of income or profits.
6. INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Intalere, Inc. and Gaylord
Rockies Resort and Convention Center and their respective employees and agents against any claims
or expenses arising out of the use of the exhibition premises.
7. S TAFFING: Your exhibit space must be staffed at all times during exhibit hours. Intalere reserves the right
to charge $500 for any booth not staffed during open exhibit hours.
8. A
DMITTANCE: Intalere reserves the right to refuse admittance to your company if you are not a
registered sponsor and/or exhibitor.
