(IDPD) we are offering the Deaf and Hard
of Hearing community a free sign language
interpreted tour. Led by facility staff and an

and educational school holiday programmes for
children aged 5 - 14 years. For over 20 years our
programme has provided arts-focused learning,
situated within the grounds of David Nathan
Park and Nathan Homestead. Full of adventure,
creativity, and discovery, your child is sure to be
active and happy in a safe and well-supported
environment. The programme includes trips,
specialised theme days and mix ‘n’ match days
packed full of cooking, science, sports and
take-home arts and crafts activities.

Specialist workshops in visual and performing
arts will inspire young artists aged 8 to 14 years,
providing high-quality arts tutoring on sustained
projects — from painting and sculpture to
drama and dance. Whether making a unique
work of art or being part of the cast for a new
play on stage, these workshops are a great way
for young people to grow their skills, meet new

The heritage gardens and bush areas in David
Nathan Park are an excellent outdoor venue for
events and activities.

Our Walled Garden and Croquet Lawn provide
a stunning backdrop for special photo shoots.
With a beautiful art gallery and café there is

Nathan Homestead and David Nathan Park
provide a beautiful setting for smaller indoor
events (hosting up to 80 people) and outdoor
events (hosting up to 120 people). The elegant
foyer and ground floor facilities are ideal

receptions, birthday parties and other small

Payment can be made with cash, eftpos, credit card or cheque, please make cheques payable to
Auckland Council. The full course fee must be paid at the time of enrolment. In cases where students
are not able to attend all sessions, part payment will not be accepted.

Enrolment policy:
A makeup class or a refund will be arranged if a class is cancelled in full, or in part. No refund will
be made if you withdraw from a class 7 days or less prior to the starting date. In cases of withdrawal
prior to this, refunds will incur a $15 administration fee.

Cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any class that does not reach minimum numbers. All
details are accurate at the time of printing, but are subject to change.
