constructed in 1929.

Lansing, State Senate, and Blue Cross and Blue Shield. This is now the home to
the Michigan State Senate and the Dykema law firm in a shared condominium
structure. Boji Group provides property management services for the
condominium association and the tenants.

Boji Group is developer and construction manager for this 88-room SpringHill Suites
by Marriott hotel and 10,700 square foot retail and restaurant center, located on
Trowbridge Road at the gateway to East Lansing and Michigan State University. Boji
Group obtained all municipal approvals and financing for the project, and conducted
all community outreach to garner support and citizen input into the final project. It
