            Our Fergie’s Catering team is here to help make sure your Sunwolf wedding is everything you
         dreamed of! We focus on serving a taste of British Columbia’s finest wild, fresh, and local ingredients.
            Our Executive Chef, Simona Bonelli, has created a mouth-watering array of flavours to help you
          fashion your perfect wedding meal. Food should be more than simply sustenance when it’s part of
           your wedding day, and we are dedicated to making it as magical as the rest of your celebrations.
             Fergie’s Catering is committed to sustainable practices. We are working hard to maintain our
                  Sustainable Tourism Gold Certification and hope you will support us in our efforts.
           We work with local farmers and purveyors to prepare our meals from fresh, seasonal ingredients.
                Eating local food in-season supports our BC farmers, is better for the environment,
                                              and simply tastes better!

                        Simona Bonelli, Fergie’s Cafe Executive Chef

           Executive Chef Simona Bonelli has imbued the menu with her distinct sense of delicate flavours,
          texture, and colour while keeping a committed focus on seasonality of produce. When it comes to
                food, Simona’s passion revolves around celebrating simplicity while entertaining others.
                               Her food is always elegant and simple, rustic yet refined.
         Hailing from Terracina, a seaside resort in the south of Lazio’s region of Italy, Simona joined our team
            in June 2020. After working at several Italian restaurants in London, England, Simona moved to
                     Canada in 2007 when she was hired to join the Oliver & Bonacini’s Café & Grill
                                    at the Westin Trillium in Blue Mountains, Ontario.
               Before coming west, she helped launch Jamie Oliver’s Toronto restaurants, Jamie’s Italian.
                      In 2016, Simona moved to Vancouver having been hired by Glowbal Group
                                         as Executive Chef of Italian Kitchen.

                                                   Additional Notes

                                                           Ingredients
       Because we are dedicated to sourcing local and seasonal ingredients, we cannot absolutely guarantee the availability
          of every ingredient listed. As a result, menu prices are subject to change based on the quality, market prices,
            and availability of these ingredients. We will always advise you of any changes and ensure the high quality
                                       and delicious flavours you expect from Fergie’s Catering.

                                                        Specialty Meals
            We will accommodate food allergies whenever possible by creating a specialty meal. A specialty meal is one
           customized meal that meets the needs of each guest with a food allergy. This is plated and served separately
         from your selected wedding meal. An additional $10.00 will be charged for each guest requiring a specialty meal.

                                                         Service Costs
         As is standard industry practice, event staff are not included in the menu pricing. Event staff are charged hourly
        and are calculated at a minimum of four hours per employee. Servers and barbacks are charged at $25 per hour,
        bartenders at $30 and Event Managers at $35 per hour. Fergie’s Catering will provide all necessary serving platters
            and serving utensils for your wedding meal. However, Fergie’s Catering does not provide the tent, lighting,
          dishware, cutlery, glassware, tables, chairs, decorations, linens or napkins. These items can be rented from our
          local rental partner Blacksheep Rentals. Family style is available for up to 50 guests and will require additional
                   staffing and rental equipment. Please refer to the Fergie's Catering Contract for more details.
         Depending on the services provided, the following taxes may apply and are subject to change: 5% GST; 7% PST;
                         10% PST (on alcohol). There is an 18% gratuity charge on food & beverages.
