  a mouth-watering range of non-veg dishes and barbecue items.

  past two decades and today, the restaurant is at the peak of its credibility in Jaipur and other
  parts of Rajasthan.
o Talk Of The Town Express (TOTT Express) is a new franchise model of the restaurant with a
  menu that contains a selection of fast-moving and most-liked items. The brand signifies
  energy, passion and drive for innovation – key aspects that the company seeks in budding

OPERATIONAL GUIDELINES
o One time fee will include full consultation from designing, building, training till ready to operate state. It would be itemized and explained.
o Capital investment is subjected to the actual costs that would be incurred on basis of the location and type of franchise.
o Minimum guarantee of revenue and service fee (Franchisor’s share) needs to be provided from Franchise.
o Other consultancy or training from Third Party over and above would be dependent on the Third Party.
o Salaries of the Staff meant for the franchise would be recovered from the franchise on actuals.
o All other food waiting, housekeeping, billing etc. staff to be arranged by the Franchise.
o Rental agreement and costs for the Franchise to be paid by the Franchise.
o Printed materials (Food Packaging, menu, disposable cutlery etc.) can only be supplied by Franchisor with no margins including handling and transportation charges.
o In case of franchise in Jaipur/nearby location, raw material to be sourced and prepared (ready to cook stage) by Franchisor and then sold by the Franchise.
o In other cities, the raw material and preparation has to be done by the Franchise themselves.
o Marketing and increasing sale is accountability of the franchise owner.
o Franchisor will help Franchise in online partner integration, % negotiation and setup.
o Franchisor will also enable direct online sales from the franchise outlet.
o Franchisor will fully enable and train the franchise in handling the sales through the POS and online partner sales (Swiggy, Zomato etc.)
o Franchisor would make 1 Audit (Food, sales, Kitchen functions etc.) and 1 consultancy (Any issues relating to running the business) visit every quarter.
o Contract would be drafted for 5 years with non compete (no restaurant by he franchise company or the director/owners till 1 year from exit/closure) agreement.
o Menu and prices are subject to discussion (initial agreement) and only increased by mutual agreement.
o Major change from take-way to restaurant would require consultation fee again.
