    All passengers must follow the drivers instruc ons at all mes.
·       The driver will be wearing a facial covering at all mes.
·       Please ensure while you are wai ng for the coach and wai ng to board the coach you adhere to the
        social distancing regula ons
·       Hands must be cleansed by using the hand sani ser provided before boarding the coach.
·       You will be subject to a temperature check before boarding the coach. Passengers with a high
        temperature will be requested not to travel for the benefit of other passengers, and a voucher for
        another excursion will be offered
·       We would appreciate all passengers to wear their own face covering when boarding and for the dura-
         on of the journey. Anyone refusing to abide by this rule unfortunately will not be allowed to travel..
        No refund will be given
·       Your seat number will be allocated on boarding the coach, due to social distancing we cannot
        guarantee anyone a par cular seat number.
·       Once allocated a seat number this is your seat for the dura on of the excursion, please do not move
        seats as this may affect other passengers.
·       Any toilet facili es on board the coach will not be available, but you will not be on the coach longer
        than 2 hours without a stop.
·       Passengers who live together in the same household may seat together on a double seat, but the dou-
        ble seat behind the driver must be kept vacant.
·       As part of our safety briefing, upon arrival at the des na on the driver will exit first. Then once they
        have le the vehicle all passengers may safely disembark star ng from the front. Please observe social
        distancing whilst wai ng to disembark and following any instruc on given by the driver.
·       Our driver will drive with the roof vents open to supply fresh air which helps prevent the spread of
        germs. The use of other ven la on systems are restricted under the present legisla on.
·       During your visit and prior to you returning to the coach , the driver will clean all touch points on the
        coach.
·       Also during your visit please ensure you wash your hands at every opportunity.
·       On returning to the coach, please ensure you to adhere to social distancing while you are wai ng and
        boarding the coach and please use the hand gel provided when boarding the coach.
·       Please ensure you take all your belongings with you when you disembark the vehicle.
·       Think safe whilst travelling. Do not drop li er on the coach, take all rubbish off with you.
·       Customer cancella ons are non refundable.
·       We reserve the right to cancel any excursion due to insufficient numbers.
We appreciate that these precau ons and procedures are somewhat extreme. However this is of course in all
our interests to do what we can to prevent the spread of the virus.
