‘Maastricht is famous for its international allure and has been
high on the wish-list of many international conference and
exhibition organisers for years. Thanks to the upgrade and
expansion of MECC Maastricht we will be able to be of even
better service to organisers of international conferences,
exhibitions and corporate events. We will be able to
accomodate events for up to 5.000 guests simultaneously.
This will help us to play an even larger role in the international
conference and exhibition world’.

The upgrade and expansion of MECC Maastricht ensures an
even better match with our clients, thanks to:
• a brand-new convention centre (opening in March 2021)
• a compact set-up with all rooms and halls within 5 minutes
walking distance
• two auditoria (seating up to 1,700)
• a multifunctional Expo Foyer (2,500 sqm; seating up to
2,000)
• 55 break-out rooms (rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi,
state-of-the-art technology, sound and lighting)
• 30,000 sqm of exhibition space in a total of three halls
which can be combined
• halls that are directly connected to the conference centre
through the Expo Foyer
• open innovation spot
• various in-house catering facilities
• 2,200 on-site parking spaces

Catering services
We are happy to advise on and facilitate your catering activities during the event. We
offer a broad range of high-quality catering services in different price ranges, from lunch
and dinner to drinks and party arrangements, from innovative food concepts to regional
products. Based on the visitor profile, our in-house catering manager will help you in
making a suitable choice and coordinates all catering activities.
Audiovisual services
Experienced professionals will handle all of your audiovisual needs during your event.
You even have the possibility to work with our experienced in-house supplier who has
been working with us for over 30 years. As such they are able to service all types of
events. We guarantee excellent quality and a high level of service.
MECC Hotel Services
Our in-house booking agency can take care of your hotel reservations in Maastricht
and surroundings. Thanks to our long-term relationship with local and regional hotels,
we can guarantee availability and high-quality hotel rooms for the best rate, also for
group reservations. We can also assist in preparing the perfect transport plan or shuttle
service in order for your participants to reach their destination comfortably and carefree.
Reservations can be made quickly and easily through our online reservation system.
MECC Exhibitor Services
As a one stop service point we support you with the preparation for your event. We
offer a full-service package that guarantees a successful and carefree participation
in the event. Products and services can be quickly and easily ordered online through
our webshop. Our multilingual helpdesk is always available to provide you and your
exhibitors with personal advice, support or special requests. From stand construction to
stand design, from electricity to cleaning, our professional team knows exactly what you
and your exhibitors need.
