Any person may submit to the Public Records Appraisal Committee, through the Acting Director of the
National Archives Department, written objections to the destruction of the above-listed records, within a
period of thirty days, of the date of publication of this Notice in the Government Gazette. A Government
Officer who objects to their destruction should submit his/her objection through the Head of his/her
Department of Ministry.
After the expiration of the period mentioned, no objections will be considered and the records will be
destroyed.
