https://www.healthunit.com/reporting-covid-19-vaccines-to-mlhu

• Currently, records for COVID-19 vaccination cannot be
  submitted through ICON or online to MLHU (i.e. via email)
• MLHU is working on a process for people to submit COVID-19
  vaccine records electronically for assessment and entry into
  COVAXon.
Delta Variant Increase
• Increased incidence in Middlesex-London, presumed to
  soon to be the dominant strain in our region
• To ensure maximum protection against COVID-19 and the
  Delta variant, Ontarians should should complete their
  vaccination series as soon as they can
• PHAC has noted the following about the Delta variant;
      •   Transmissibility is high
      •   Disease severity is unknown
      • Immunity and re-infection in convalescent patients is low
      • Vaccine effectiveness is moderate and better after a
          completed series, and
      • Surveillance programs have a moderate risk of not detecting
          cases.
AEFI Update

• mRNA vaccines and myocarditis
  – (NACI) updated guidance includes;
     • For an informed consent prior to mRNA vaccination
       include discussion about the very rare risk of
       myocarditis and/or pericarditis following
       immunization.
     • As a precaution, individuals who experienced
       myocarditis and/or pericarditis after a first dose of an
       mRNA vaccine should wait to get their second dose
       until more information becomes available.
Roadmap to Reopen

    runs for 2 weeks, the same cohort must be maintained for both weeks.
• Day Camps must comply with sector-related requirements that are identified in
