GENERAL
1. All dining, accomodation ans spa offers or packages are subject to availability and change. The Chester
Grosvenor will continue to follow Government guidance and restrictions with regard to COVID-19
and thank you for your understanding.
2. The hotel doors will close at 4:00pm on Christmas Eve and re-open at 11:00am on Boxing Day to allow
colleagues to spend Christmas time with their family and friends .
3. Guests are welcome to purchase gift vouchers from reception until 4:00pm on Christmas Eve.
4. All restaurants and bars will be closed from 4:00pm on New Year's Eve to guests with the exception of
those dining in the hotel.
5. Room service will be available to all guests.

6. Table reservations will be taken until 2:00pm on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve and we and we
kindly request that your table is vacated by 4:00pm.
7. A discretionary 10% service charge is applied automatically to your bill.
