                                     Increase Your Company Exposure
                                         at the AAEP Trade Show:
                                                Product Display Case

Be a part of the AAEP “At a Glance Area” by including your product in a display case for a small
cost. These cases will be in a high traffic area and visible from both sides. A limited number of cases
will be sold on a first-come basis. One company will be featured per case, and your company’s logo
will appear on the case header. Cases will be locked and secured, and you will have access to your
  individual case throughout the show.

This year, cases will be placed in both the AAEP Connect Area and in the Food/Seating Area. Both areas
will be visible as members enter the trade show and network during lunch/break hours. This will provide
more prominence and help drive attendees to your booth and website. Consider this an extension of
  your booth!

With these locations, members will be able to walk through and view products inside the cases while
networking with other members and exhibitors. As a participant, you can also use these areas to meet
  with members.

This year the cases will be pre-assigned to make move in easier.
AAEP Connect Area (individual case) - $500
AAEP Food Court Area (individual case) - $250

Take advantage of this feature by completing and returning this form with payment information.
Once processed, you will receive a confirmation and more information regarding your logo.

2020 Convention App & Wall Cling

Raise your company’s visibility and drive booth traffic by including your company logo in both the
AAEP Convention App and trade show floor plan wall structure located at the exhibit hall entrance.

The convention app is a convenient guide to the entire convention for use by all attendees. The app
contains an exhibitor tab featuring a list of all exhibiting companies with booth numbers, contact
information and company descriptions.

In addition, your company can also be featured on a large, easy-to-read and highly visible wall structure
of the trade show floor plan. Your booth location will be denoted by your company logo, making it easy
for trade show visitors to find your booth.

Gain more exposure by adding your company logo to the app for $100 or both the app and wall
cling for only $250. Simply complete the form below and return with payment information and your
company logo in both JPEG and EPS formats to Debbie Miles at dmiles@aaep.org.
