Patrons are encouraged to behave in an appropriate
manner and should act in a way that will not injure another

abide by facility and program standards may be asked to

Family Changing Room
The Trails Recreation Center has many families enjoying the
facilities. The premise of the Family Changing Room is to
provide a space for families with small children who are
unable to be alone and/or be in opposite gender locker
rooms as well as those needing help due to special
circumstances (disability, injury, etc). Due to the limited
space available please use the men’s and/or women’s locker
rooms if you do not fall into one of these categories. No
camera phones allowed in any locker room area.

Reservations accepted at the Trails Recreation Center, 303

This program will teach how to practice and execute

In our kids’ program we are all about
giving every kid a guide to self-
regulation through Martial Arts. Our
techniques are based on the
fundamental principle of Jiu-Jitsu that

posture or balance and using timing to make our defense
successful.
