   WHPA Executive Director
   Responsible for ensuring continued momentum of
    WHPA’s evolution into a sustainable California nonprofit
    public-benefit corporation providing, conducting, and
    promoting research and education focused on energy
    efficiency, environmental quality and sustainability through
    the HVAC lens.
   Develop strategic and business plans and financial forecasts.
   Establish infrastructure, create governance documents,
    manage staffing, oversee startup tasks and timeline
    commitments.
   Work collaboratively with both WHPA Executive Committee
    and WHPA Board of Directors.
   Pursue collaborative industry projects and fundraising.

   Wendy Worrell is the Assistant Director of the
    Western HVAC Performance Alliance Inc (WHPA)
   Wendy worked as subcontractor to WHPA 2011-2017
    and was recruited as Assistant Director in 2018
   During Wendy’s 2011-2017 subcontractor role with WHPA,
    she worked to achieve progress toward the goals of the
    California Energy Efficiency Strategic Plan (CEESP) in many
    WHPA and HVAC arenas
   Wendy was Partner and Co-Owner of InfoPlast Business
    Solutions since 2002 providing administrative consulting
    services to clients in a variety of industries ranging from
    athletics, recruiting, real estate, energy efficiency
   Wendy received her B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from
    UC Irvine
   She received her MBA in Business Administration
    from University of Redlands
