All units within the Royal Seafarer have two bedrooms, two full baths, and one covered parking space.

This unit overlooks the pool and the southwest part of the beach. There is a large wrap-around
balcony equipped with furniture for you to enjoy this breathtaking view. This is a two-bedroom two-
bath condo. Wifi is throughout the condo, as well as cable TV. The building offers an exercise room,
social room, picnic area with BBQ pits, and a beautiful heated pool. This is available for February and

Beautifully updated fourth-floor two-bedroom, two-bath condo with southwest views of the ocean and
overlooks the pool. This gorgeous unit has been recently remodeled with updated bathrooms,
kitchen, new paint, flooring, and decor throughout. The master bedroom showcases a king-size bed
with nightstands, a full dresser, and a 55” Samsung Smart HDTV. It also features a large walk-in
closet and granite vanity area. The master bathroom has a double sink vanity with self-closing
drawers, granite counters, and a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom holds two twin beds & a 32”
Flat LED Screen TV and has its own bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The kitchen has been

at either the breakfast counter with four bar stools or in the formal dining room table just off the
kitchen that seats up to six. Also nestled in the dining room is a desk workspace. The expansive living
room is equipped with an LG 55" Smart HDTV, DVD player, a full couch, loveseat, and recliner
providing plenty of room to relax. Step out onto the tiled wrap around balcony overlooking the pool
or enjoy spectacular views of the ocean and beach. You will feel like you are in paradise each day!

The Royal Seafarer Condominium features a newly updated lobby, an elegant social room that can be
used for entertaining, a fitness room located on the first floor, two tennis courts, a large heated
outdoor pool, a picnic area with grills, and private beach access with a gated entry. Each floor of the
condominium is equipped with a laundry room. The laundry room is located on your floor; just steps
down the hall with two high-efficiency front-loading wash machines, two dryers, and a large folding
counter. There is no charge for use of the washer and dryer during your stay. There is a 2-story
covered parking garage with assigned parking. There is one covered parking spot included with the
