The UP Non-profit NGO’s Council aims at empowering women and girls in every possible
way so that they are entitled with holistic development. We are committed to focus our efforts
towards promoting and emphasizing the need of physical, emotional, psychological, social,
educational, financial and political well-being of this section of the society.
We advocate advancing women’s capacities and leadership skills, promoting their
participation in the decisions that affect their lives, and amplifying their voices for peace and
security at global levels. We firmly believe that women should become self-sustaining and
remain well recognized in their community, well respected and truly empowered.

guidance to those in need along with addressing a wide
range of social priority issues.
4Ms. Neha Tumul Kacker
(Vice President – WICCI)
A dedicated & focused Educationist and Teacher
who is committed to provide a well-balanced,
supportive and engaging learning environment to
the students. Ms. Neha Tumkul Kacker aspires to
excel and outshine in the area of Mass
Communications accompanied by giving her bit for
the benefit of the deprived segment of the society
and other community causes.
5Ms. Reinu Babbar
(Secretary – WICCI)
An Educationist by profession, Ms. Reinu Babbar is
a proud army wife and a mother of two beautiful
daughters. She brings in over 25 years of experience
in Teaching and School Administration. She is also a
Professional Counselor and Life Skills Trainer. Her
academic qualifications include B.Ed., M.A.
(English), M.A. (Psychology), PGDM (Life Skills)
and PGDM (Yoga & Naturopathy). Gardening and
Interior Decoration are her hobbies. At this juncture
of her life she desires to contribute for the well-being
of society. She is a member if GSC, an NGO.
6Dr. Surbhi Nanda
(Vice Secretary– WICCI)
• CEO – Dr. Surbhi's Neuro Rehabilitation and
Physiotherapy Centre
• Vice Secretary – Global Social Connect (NGO)
• Masters in Physiotherapy (Neurology) with more than
10 years of experience
• Consultant Physiotherapist at Pin Point Shooting
Centre, Meerut
• Given many presentations in CDA Meerut Cantt. and
MNC's like CEB, CSAV, Shallom Hills International
School, Gurgaon.
7Ms. Veena Arora
(HR Manager – WICCI)
A dedicated Educationist for the past 32 years, Veena
has broadened her horizons as a Scriptwriter,
Dubbing &Voice-over Artist, Theatre Artist, Anchor
and Author. Filled with positive attitude towards life,
she aspires to achieve her professional and personal
goals with optimum results. She is a humanitarian
and is currently voluntarily associated as a member
with Global Social Connect, an NGO in Meerut.
8Ms. Alka Goel
(HR Head – WICCI)
A Teacher by profession, Ms. Alka Goel holds an
honor's degree in Chemistry along with
qualifications including M.A., B.Ed. and PGDSLM.
She is a dedicated member of Global Social Connect
– a Non-profit organisation in Meerut.
9Ms. Rammu Sharma
(Communication Director - WICCI)
Postgraduate in Commerce with a Bachelor’s Degree
in Education, Ms. Rammu Sharma has been working
in the area of School Administration for the past
around 3 decades. She has been associated with one
of the most reputed schools in Meerut with a student
strength of over 5000. Besides, she loves to serve the
community and connect with people of diversity.
10Ms. Geeta Sachdeva Kapoor
(Operations Head - WICCI)
Ms. Geeta Sachdeva Kapoor is a Head Teacher in the
Basic Education Department, Meerut. In addition,
she is a Social Activist, Singer, Poetess, Resource
Personnel at District Science Club, Meerut. She is
currently a voluntary member of Global Social
Connect, an NGO in Meerut.
11Ms. Milan Malik
(Council Member - WICCI)
A Housewife with B.Ed. and M.Sc. (Chemistry), Ms.
Milan Malik has a keen interest in Sports (Hockey),
and Athletics; she is a State Player in Hockey. She is
a member of Global Social Connect, an NGO and is
contributing her bit towards social causes.
12Ms. Parul Chaudhary
(Content Writer - WICCI)
A Homemaker, Ms. Parul Chaudhary holds a
Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) and Master’s
degree in Sociology & Psychology. She aspires to
contribute to various social causes and hence is
associated with Global Social Connect (NGO in
Meerut) as a member.
13Ms. Geeta Teotia
(Sports Manager - WICCI)
Ms. Geeta Teotia is a Physical Instructor in the
Basic Education Department, Bulandshahr, Uttar
Pradesh. She is a voluntary member of Global
Social Connect, an NGO in Meerut.
14MS. Babita Som
(Treasurer - WICCI)
• Ms. Babita Som is a veteran Educationist and the
Founder of UNIVERSAL Play School.
• She is honoured by Ved International School, Krishna
Public School, Wisdom Global
• Recipient of Bada Business Achiever’s Award
• She is currently a member of Global Social Connect,
an NGO in Meerut.
15Ms. Pallavi Thakur
(Social Media Marketing Team Director - WICCI)
With over 6 years of exposure in the education
sector, Ms. Pallavi Thakur is the Principal of
UNIVERSAL Play School. She is an MBA in
Professional Education and also holds a Bachelor’s
degree in Education (B.Ed.). Accepting challenges,
being positive and connecting with people of diverse
background are some of her strengths. Her career
aspiration is to be a Global Entrepreneur and serve
towards providing free education to girl child and
illiterate women in the country. She is a member of
Global Social Connect, an NGO. 16Ms. Sapna Raghav
(Relationship Manager - WICCI)
Working as Corporate Manager, Ms. Sapna Rana
is a member of Global Social Connect, an NGO.
17Ms. Fahmida Kirmani
(Council Member - WICCI)
Mother of two and PRO at Subharti Hospital,
Meerut, Ms. Fahmida Kirmani is 10th pass and
brings in professional experience of around 12 years.
She says that due to some reasons she couldn’t
pursue higher studies however she desires proper
education for everyone in the society. She is always
ready to give her contribution for such social causes
and is currently an active member of Global Social
Connect, an NGO.
18Dr. Indu Singh
(Relationship Manager - WICCI)
Dr. Indu Singh is the Principal at Panchawati
Institute of Education and Technology. She is a
dynamic Educationist who brings in several years of
professional experience in the Teaching and
Schooling space. An astute School Administrator, she
is also a member of Global Social Connect, an NGO.
19Ms. Chintan Chaudhary
(Designing Team - WICCI)
Ms. Chintan Chaudhary is an Assistant Teacher &
Physical Instructor at P.S. Darapur, Block Pahasu,
Bulandshahr. She is an active Social Worker and
Philanthropist who is associated with various
community development programs. She is also
associated with Global Social Connect, an NGO.
20Ms. Geeta Singh
(Council Member - WICCI)
A home maker, Ms. Geeta Singh is in her early fifties.
She is very keen and always looks forward to do
something for the society, especially for women and
kids related causes. She is currently associated with
Global Social Connect, an NGO in Meerut.
21Ms. Ruby Chaudhary
(Council Member - WICCI)
A teacher by Profession, Ms. Ruby Chaudhary brings
in over 30 years of teaching experience. She is a
qualified double M.A. and M.Ed and is an active
member of Global Social Connect, an NGO.
22Ms. Gesu Mehra
(Event Head - WICCI)
A post-graduate from Delhi University, Ms. Gesu
Mehra is working in Dewan Public School for the last
15 years. Gesu has gained significant experience in
the field of education and dance. She is an active
member of GSC, an NGO in Meerut.
23Ms. Monica Gaur
(Event Co-ordinator- WICCI)
Ms. Monica Gaur is Principal at S.B.M International
School. She is an Educationist and brings in several
years of academic experience to the table. She is an
active member of GSC, an NGO.
24Ms. Priyanka Singh
(Council Member - WICCI)
An MBA in HR and a Mother of two, Ms.
Priyanka Singh runs her own boutique. She is
voluntarily associated with GSC, an NGO to
help the organisation in its endeavour to
successfully serve the social priority issues.
25Ms. Payal Agarwal
(Council Member - WICCI)
Ms. Payal Agarwal works as a Merchandiser in Bhalla
International – Vinex. She is associated with Global
Social Connect, an NGO as Member.
26Ms. Deepali Agarwal
(Council Member - WICCI)
Ms. Deepali Agarwal has done M.Sc. (Foods &
Nutrition) and B.Ed. She is the Director in Rajdeep
Foundation (NGO) and has been involved in
multiple voluntary projects focussing various social
priority causes.
27Ms. Shail Bhatt
(Content Co-ordinator - WICCI)
Ms. Shail Bhatt is an Independent Consultant. She is a
Professional Expert Content Writer who offers wide
range of Career Profiling & Branding Services. With
nearly 17 years of enriched professional expertise, she
is currently rendering her ace professional writing
services to worlds’ leading career transition and talent
mobility service providers while catering to thousands
of top level executive clients, across the globe.
Besides, she is also volunteering as Content
Coordinator at Global Social Connect, an NGO.
28Ms. Shweta Bhardwaj
(Communication Head / Content Writer - WICCI)
A mother of two children and a teacher by profession
& by heart, Ms. Shweta Bhardwaj has done her
Masters in English & Commerce. She brings in
around 2 decades of work experience. At this stage of
her life, besides her regular work, she wishes to
contribute her bit for the welfare of the society,
especially women and kids.
29Ms. Gunjan Grover
(Council Member - WICCI)
Ms. Gunjan Grover works as an Activity Co-ordinator
with a reputed School in Meerut. A graduate in
Computers, she holds rich experience in both
Corporate and Education sphere. She looks forward to
focus her efforts towards the development of the
weaker section of the society. She is also an active
member of Global Social Connect, an NGO.
