2021 WHOLESALE COLLECTION
Lake Erie Design Co. is a design and letterpress studio based out of Cleveland, CONTENTS
Ohio and the product of a rust-belt upbringing. Our designs find beauty in
simplicity and are often influenced by natural textures, airy botanicals, hand
lettered typography, and neutral color palettes.

The vision for this company started during a typography class in college when

I was first introduced to the letterpress machine. Shortly after I graduated,
my parents tracked down an old Chandler & Price letterpress machine on BOXED CARDS 18
the west side of Cleveland and surprised me with it. My dad and I spent that
summer taking the press apart piece by piece, cleaning and refurbishing it. He NOTEBOOKS 20
put it completely back together from memory, and we began learning the art,

Lake Erie Design Co. officially launched in early 2018. We create simple yet

LETTERPRESS PRINTING
The intricate process of letterpress
printing is a truly unique art that we are
proud to create. The details are what
makes the final products so special.
We select and cut all the paper, create
designs that are made into printing
plates, and mix all our inks by hand.
MADE IN THE U.S.A.
All of our products are made in the
U.S.A., most in Northeastern Ohio. We
pride ourselves on working with other
small businesses in our community
whenever possible.
QUALITY
Our process and materials result in
high quality products meant to make a
lasting impression.
ECO-FRIENDLY
Digital prints & cards are made with
10% post consumer waste paper.
Letterpress products are made with
paper in mills powered by fully
renewable hydroelectric generators.
Our letterpress inks are EcoSmart
certified and environmentally friendly.

GREETING CARDS NEW! NEW! NEW!
Our greeting cards are primarily letterpress printed on off
white, blush, and charcoal paper. We enjoy combining
printing methods, so there are some digital and gold foil
printing mixed in as well. All cards are A2 (4.25" x 5.5")
with blank interiors and come with either a white speckle
envelope, kraft speckle envelope, or solid blush envelope.
They are packaged in a clear cello sleeve.
