Welcome
We are pleased to introduce this new holiday brochure which once again covers a full year of tours
within the UK and Europe, beginning in November all the way through to October 2022. We have
included lots of familiar destinations, visits, and events along with some new locations which we
hope will appeal to our loyal customers and bring new passengers on board.
We would like to thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to seeing you in the
months ahead.
Please read through the information below, which will highlight changes we have made and keep
you informed of the current situation.

BOOKING PROCEDURE
We ask you to complete the booking form on pages 5&6 and return by post (or deliver
by hand to our office in Ingleton) as soon as you have made your holiday choices.
These will be processed in the order they are received.
Please be patient with us as we work through your requests.
We ask that you do not visit the office unless necessary at this time.
Telephone bookings for holidays can be made from Monday 27th September, don’t
forget you can call to book your Day Excursions as soon as you receive the leaflet.
Our office hours are Monday – Friday: 9.00am – 5.00pm
ITINERARIES
Over the last few months it has been noticeable that several visitor attractions are
unable to take group bookings. This is completely understandable as visits adjust to
operating under new guidelines. This does however have an impact on us, and we
ask for your understanding if a visit must be amended or changed. We will, of
course, inform you of any major changes to your itinerary. The same applies to hotels
offering entertainment and this may be amended or removed from their package at
short notice.
CLEANING REGIMES
We have obtained the Visit England 'We’re Good To Go’ COVID-19 industry standard
mark and on top of our already robust cleaning regimes we have introduced some
new measures, including an anti-viral interior fogging machine, which assists in the
killing of airborne germs. We have also fitted new air purification systems to our
touring coaches. These devices filter the fresh air being brought into the vehicle
through the air conditioning system. Strong disinfectant is used on all grab handles,
seat back tables and seat belts prior to any departure and at regular intervals.
2 GENERAL INFORMATION
FINANCIAL PROTECTION
When you book a holiday with us, which does not include a flight, the money
you pay us for the booking will be protected by Bonded Coach Holidays (BCH)
and the Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust Limited (ABTOT), this is a Government approved consumer
protection scheme. The scheme will also ensure your repatriation in the event the company becomes insolvent. Our
Trading Charter and Booking Conditions set out clearly and simply the responsibility we have to you and in turn, you
have with us, when a contract is made. Please see the Consumer Guarantee at www.bch-uk.org. There is no financial
protection if you purchase just transport or accommodation-only from us. We fully comply with the Package Travel and
Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. The combination of travel services offered to you is a package holiday
within the meaning of the Regulations. Therefore, you will benefit from all rights applying to package holidays. Bibbys
of Ingleton Ltd will be fully responsible for the proper performance of the holiday and providing assistance if you are in
difficulty. Your key rights will be in the details of the tour which will be provided prior to booking.
FEEDER SERVICE CHARGE
An additional charge of £7 per person return will be
implemented for the areas where we currently offer
our door to door feeder service (entirely within Bibby’s
discretion and excluding Ingleton village).
INSURANCE
At Bibby’s of Ingleton we go the extra mile to ensure
you have a memorable holiday, but we strongly
recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance to
cover you in the event of the unexpected.
