Upon arrival at the Hyatt Regency Orange County, you’ll check in
with your MTC Tour Directors and BOA onsite liaisons to check in
for your room, receive your tickets for the week and get ready for
the week! Bags can be stored at the hotel if you arrive early until

Transfers midday can be arranged individually with the hotel onsite if needed, or it is walkable to the hotel from the parks.

The above tour prices are based on the number of paying persons traveling
and may vary depending on group size when prorated costs, such as motor
coach, etc., are affected. Tour prices in this proposal are based on tariffs in

Q: If I have a student traveler on the honor band trip, do I need to create a separate account to register for the
VIP Rose Experience trip?
A: No! You can use the same payer account, you’ll log into your account and click ADD A TRAVELER, then use the appropriate Rose
Experience package trip number
Q: Is Travel Insurance available for the VIP Rose Experience trips?
A: Yes! There will be a link on each traveler’s dashboard once registered that will take you to the Travel Insured retail site to inquire
about pricing and options. The MOST IMPORTANT thing is that CFAR insurance MUST be purchased within 21 days of making your
parade package trip deposit. This is not MTC or MFA’s policy, this is standard insurance policy…if insurance is purchased beyond the
21-day deposit mark, there is nothing that MTC or MFA or your insurance company can do to add CFAR on at a later date. Please
contact either Travel Insured or your preferred insurance carrier directly with individual questions!
Q: Is parking available at the hotel if I want to rent a car or am driving in to Los Angeles?
A: Parking is available onsite for $28 per night (self park) or $36 per night (valet).
Q: Am I able to purchase certain events with the group and not others?
A: We are not able to a la carte out different options and inclusions, they must be purchased as a package, either the 7-night or the 5-
night option.FAQs, cont…
Q: How do I indicate who I intend to room with?
A: The payer/account holder should put their intended roommates in the special needs section of the registration, be sure to click that
box! We will audit that report every few days to monitor the rooming requests and create the rooming spreadsheet from there.
Q: When do I pay for my occupancy supplement?
A: The payment schedule listed on the tour conditions is based on quad occupancy…you are welcome to pay your per person
supplement whenever you would like along the way, but it will be officially invoiced as part of the final invoice, which is emailed out
30 days prior to departure to be paid 21 days prior to departure.
Q: Can I extend my stay at the host hotel?
A: This is doable…please email Chris Forsythe at Music Travel Consultants for more information/specific rates
Q: Can I pay monthly instead of bimonthly?
A: Yes, if you’d like to go in and make monthly payments, that’s not a problem and are welcome to do so. You will still receive the
auto-generated invoice reminders a week before an installment is due. Any alternate payment arrangements aside from that
