the blackout dates in the annex. Rates may differ from those negotiated and will
depend on the previous availability of the hotel. “Last Available Room” service

agreement.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations will be guaranteed minimum 24 hours priort o arrival; first night will
be charged in case of late cancellation or No-Show.

No Walk Policy –
It is the intention of the Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel & Executive Meeting
Center to never walk one our preferred customers with a guaranteed reservation.
However in the event that a guest must be walked, we will transport the guest to
the hotel, pay for a phone call home and transport them back to the Sheraton Miami
Airport Hotel & Executive Meeting Center for a complimentary stay the next
evening. If they do not have a reservation for a second night, they will receive a
certificate for a complimentary room on their next visit to Sheraton Miami Airport
Hotel & Executive Meeting Center.
