CONFINDUSTRIA MARMOMACCHINE - Profile
The Italian MARMOMACCHINE Association (abbreviated to CONFINDUSTRIA
MARMOMACCHINE), founded in 1984 as an association of makers and users of
machinery and equipment to work natural stone, is the Association in the stone
sector representing the entire Italian techno-stone production chain. The more
than 310 companies and territorial organizations belonging to Confindustria
Marmomacchine and working in all the major Italian production sectors guarantee
the Association broad representation nationally and internationally as well as the role
of reference management liaison for Confindustria, Italian ministries, ICE (the Italian
Trade Agency), standardization boards, unions, universities and fair boards.
Confindustria Marmomacchine is a part of Confindustria (the General Confederation
of Italian Industry) and of Federmacchine (the Italian Association of Instrumental
Goods Makers). Confindustria Marmomacchine represents and safeguards the Italian
techno-stone industry as sole employers’ association involved in nationwide collective
