• We have excellent relationships with local contractors, a number of whom work exclusively for us – this ensures that
 emergencies are dealt with within short timeframes at any time of the day or night, weekday or weekend. We have
 excellent relationships with insurers and use our buying power to get the best deals for our clients. We are often able to
 get savings for strata schemes that more than covers our fee.

• We understand the relevant legislation and regulations – we know how laws are to be interpreted and ensure compliance
 with those laws.

• We use state of the art technology that ensures that the bookkeeping and tax matters are dealt with appropriately, work
 orders are appropriately logged and dealt with, pertinent information is stored and owners can pay their levies by
 telephone or internet banking at a time that suits them. Owners can retrieve their information through our web portal.
