Pricing mayhem - why the industry needs to transform the way it prices
In November 2019, APRA announced that it expects the life insurance industry to significantly change the
way individual DI insurance is designed, priced and managed. This urgent, fundamental shift highlights
11:30am – 12:00pm the need for insurers to be able to make nimble, evidence-based pricing decisions. This session will
explore this topic, discuss how insurers can transform the way they price, and outline the immediate and
long-term value of such a transformation.
Matt Ralph, Director, Customer Success Australia and New Zealand, Montoux
Claims - what does the future hold
What does the future of claims look like and how will parametric insurtech affect the industry. In this
