Castle Pines Homes Association
Annual Meeting Package Arrived
This week you received your Annual Meeting of the Members
Informational Package. Instructions for completing the proxy are printed on
the form. The Annual Meeting will be held by Zoom video conference
instead of an in-person gathering. That change does not allow the usual
social hour where Homes Association Members could receive information
on Village activities in a relaxed atmosphere. If you have any questions,
please call the Castle Pines Homes Association at 303.814.1345, and we
will assist you. Please click HERE to pre-register for the Virtual Annual
Meeting of the Members.
President's Day Information
There will be regular trash pickup on President's Day, Monday,
February 15, 2021. Service will be on the regular schedule
throughout the week.
In observance of President's Day, The Castle Pines Homes
Association Administrative Office will be closed Monday,
February 15, 2021. Additionally, transponder will not be
available for purchase. We will reopen Tuesday, February 16,
at 8 am. Transponder sales will be available again at 9 am.
As always, Emergency Services and all Gates will be fully
staffed on Monday. To reach ES, please call 303.688.6447.
Coffee With The Manager
Information Series
Every Monday Night until the Annual Meeting of the Members
The 2021 Homes Association Meeting of the Members will not be like any we have held in the
past. Because of COVID-19 restrictions, the Annual Meeting will be held on March 8, 7:30 pm by Zoom
video conference. The important information usually available during the social hour of the meeting is still
being offered. General Manager Mark Larson is hosting a series of Coffee With The Manager events
leading up to the Annual Meeting. Each Coffee With The Manager event will be held from 6:30 pm to 8 pm
on the following dates:
Monday, February 15 Village Fiber Installation Initiative
Information will be provided covering the potential of installing fiber optics throughout the Village to
improve cell phone service. Representatives will be available to answer your questions. Click here to

Monday, February 22 Castle Pines Metropolitan District
Representatives from the Metropolitan District will be on hand to provide information on district plans
for the Village in 2021 and beyond. Click here to register for this session.
Monday, March 1 Village Developments
Come learn about the future and current development inside the Village. We will outline how
development is determined and what parcels of land remain for development. Click here to register
for this session.

VILLAGE TENNIS TEAMS NOW FORMING FOR THE 2021
COMPETITIVE SEASON
USTA Colorado offers a full schedule of 13 leagues starting in March
and ending in early September 2021. If you played on league teams
in 2020, contact your team captain with your desire to play.
If you are a new resident or haven't played in recent years but want
to start playing competitively, please contact Jerry Eddy at
tennisgurujerry@gmail.com. Please send Jerry your current or
former USTA rating. Players are needed for Women's 2.5 Leagues,
which is the beginner's level for women. We hope to see you on the
courts this spring.

mountains. We have met many wonderful people and have been visited by elk, bobcats, bears, wild
turkeys, falcons, hummingbirds, blue jays, and yes, bats! "
