         YOUTH SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM

SLOs assist in identifying incoming and outgoing youth and assist schools with
developing a school sponsorship program.
Schools operate youth sponsorship programs welcoming transitioning students,
connecting them with peers and supportive adults easing school transition.

Parents enroll with youth sponsorship programs prior to leaving current duty station.
Youth actively participate in the program and act as sponsors for new students
