Feeling anxious or stressed? Low Mood?
Just as physical health we all have mental health too. For some of us though there are
times in our lives where things get ’too much’. We can lose the ability to focus or we
experience feelings of isolation, guilt, irritability, panic and a general lack of interest in things
we used to enjoy. If you or someone you know is experiencing poor mental health right
now (or has done in the past) then Learn2b can help.

Learn2b      offers a variety of courses to encourage self help and recovery from times of
poor mental health. It also offers the opportunity to have some vital ‘me time’ away from
everyday life particularly when things are getting on top of us.

Do I need a referral?
No. If you are unsure of whether Learn2b is right for you then please contact the team for
an initial chat. All courses are currently free of charge. You do not need a diagnosis to join
our courses. If you are a carer then our courses are ideal for you to take some time out.

Learn2b tutors
It is important to know that our Learn2b tutors and teaching staff are selected specifically
because of their own lived experience with mental health illness. Each tutor is qualified to
teach in their specialist area and passionate about the principles of Learn2b, offering
support to each learner through a variety of teaching methods and creating a safe and
welcoming environment to learn as a group and as an individual.

Challenge Ways of thinking with NLP
Our thoughts are vital to our wellbeing. They help us make sense of the world around us. They also influence
the way we feel and behave. Sometimes we experience unhelpful thinking patterns which can develop due
to difficult life experiences. When people get stuck in such thoughts it can lead to periods of low mood or
anxiety. This introduction to NLP will give you an insight into common thinking patterns and how challenging
them can lead to positive mental wellbeing . Ideal for people new to Learn2b and NLP. ( Neuro-linguistic programming)

This one day workshop will help you explore your creativity through mindful writing. Lots of fun activities will
enable you to reconnect with the essence of the writing process. Learn how to move through the creative
blocks that can often occur by self-critical thoughts. Learn to love putting pen to paper, dumping words or
