LiTE-DTU Status

• LiTE-DTU v1.0 : Because of I2C bus problems only two IC samples were tested.
    • S/N ratio: the design 10.2 bit ENOB at 50 MHz is nearly met but only with external clock.
      Internal clock generation (PLL block from lpGBT) affected by large deterministic jitter
      (~20ps).
    • DNL still under investigation
    • Calibration of the two 80 MHz ADC cores more delicate than expected
• Extensive review work with Cern and Adesto ( designer of the ADC block) allowed to identify
  the origin of the problem and bring several improvements (including inter-core calibration).
  New version of the lpGBT PLL.
• v1.2 (intermediate additional version) submitted in May, expected beginning of August
    • Will be integrated onto the VFE. Two-trigger-towers test
