uplift your beverage hospitality program's perceived value.
This exclusive session, inclusive of a guided feature tasting, is moderated by certified
international Bordeaux educators accredited by the official Bordeaux wine council - CIVB.
The L’ecole du Vin de Bordeaux programme is 9001:2008 certified and continues to lead the
global wine region professional trade education and skills enhancement scene.

Exports of single malt Scotch whisky has surpassed the 1 billion pounds sterling mark in
2016.
This feature seminar is presented by Leigh McGrotty, Asia’s lead educator of the Whisky
Ambassador program, the UK's first accredited and award winning whisky training program.
This session includes a tasting programme illustrating the fundamental styles of fine single
malts of Scotland, led by fellow Certified Whisky Ambassadors within the ASEAN region.VIP PROGRAMME Method 1 Identified VIPs in relevant industries and Hotels will be invited as VIP to FHM 2017. They will be receiving the VIP Invitation Pack which includes the VIP Pass and Opening Ceremony Card. Method 2 Exhibitors can also nominate clients to be VIPs through submission in the Online e-Manual (OEM) Form 5. Deadline is on 18th September 2017. VIP’s will receive access to the VIP Lounge at the show.

SECURITY • Exhibitors and their staff will not be allowed into the exhibition halls after the show hours. • If your displays are very valuable /sensitive and you need to hire security services, please do not use personnel from any other security agency. Kindly contact the Organizer for security services. • Exhibitors MUST wear identification badges all the time in the exhibition halls. • Exhibitor passes and temporary work passes are available from the Organiser’s office on site. • For safety, exhibit movement in /out of the hall are not allowed during show hours. • Security guards will patrol the exhibition site in general, but their duties will not include specific attention to individuals stands.

LOADING/UNLOADING:- For delivery of any self-handling / hand-carried shipment at the KLCC’s loading bay, kindly request for the move-in / move-out schedule from the Organiser. Transportation services – form submission must be before or on 12 SEPTEMBER 2017. Any late submission will be subject to late surcharge. Only manual trollies are allowed for self-handling exhibits, no mechanical equipment permitted to enter halls ie: pallet trucks, stackers & forklift. Kindly engage R.E. ROGERS if any of the mechanical lifting equipments are required. For individual exhibit weighing more than 2 tons & size more than 2 meters in width or length, kindly notify R.E ROGERS 2 weeks before the move-in date for the necessary arrangements.

( KLCC Halls ) Exhibitors with own transport should request the VHA Permit from the Organiser. Exhibitors who engage the transportation services from R.E.
