TERMS AND CONDTIONS:
BOOKING CONFIRMATION To confirm your function, a signed booking form and $300 deposit are required. Care will be taken to allow tentative bookings time to confirm.
FINAL NUMBERS & DETAILS Menu selections must be made known to the Venue no less than 10 days prior to the event. Once given, numbers can increase up to 5 business days prior to the event however not decrease.
MINORS & RSA As part of our Hotel License, minors are only permitted in the Hotel until 10:00pm and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. The Clovelly Hotel does not accept 18th Birthdays. Additional security may be
required for 19th, 20th and 21st Birthdays at the cost of the patron. Management reserve the right to remove from your function any patrons who are underage, deemed intoxicated, violent or disruptive.
LENGTH OF FUNCTIONS Will be determined before the event in conjunction with the trading hours. All functions must conclude at11:30 pm (10:30pm Sundays), with the bar service closing half an hour before the function concludes.
MINIMUM SPEND If an applicable Minimum Spend is not met, the difference may be charged to the patron.
CATERING Catering Orders and payment are required 2 weeks prior to event date.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by cash or credit card. Direct Deposit for pre-payment can be arranged on request. Credit card details and Driver’s License ID must be given as security for all beverage tabs. All prices include G.S.T. a cancellation fee of 50% of
food cost will be charged to the below credit card details when less than seven (7) days’ notice is given. 100% of food cost will be charged when less than 72 hours’ notice is given. Cancellation within 14 days of the function will result in the loss of the
deposit in full.
