• Delivery of tickets will be done upto a day before the match. Delivery charges are included in our proposal
• Standard Hotel Check in time is 1500 hrs and Check out time is 1100hrs
• Payment Terms: 100% advance payments for all options shared
• Cancellation policy – Hotel, land services and match tickets once booked cannot be cancelled
• Obtaining Visa on time is totally under the discretion of the Embassy and any financial implications because of this would be borne by the
Client
• The rates quoted are always subject to change without prior warning, should there be any increases in bed levies, airfares, park fees, fuel,
sales tax or VAT, Third Party Services, exchange rate fluctuations or any other circumstances beyond our control for services featured in
this quote
• All payments to be made in Indian Rupees as per ROE on date of payment
• All arrangements made by Sports Konnect are in the capacity of an agent only. We will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from
circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries delayed or cancelled flights, weather conditions, fairs, festivals, closer of
hotels, overbooking at the hotels, malfunctioning of AC in coaches, closed / restricted entry at place of sightseeing & acts or forces of
nature
• The allocations of match tickets as shown may vary at discretion of organisers and in case of group bookings these may not be located
together. Sports Konnect shall not be liable for any failure to provide Match Tickets located as per stadium layouts shown here or
arranging group tickets together
• All bookings will be accepted only post acknowledgement and acceptance of the Cricket Australia ticketing terms and conditions and
