 Starbucks Reserve Roastery is the company’s first

 Briscola stems from the idea that pizza is the
 perfect social aggregator, gathering everyone
 around a table. It is a special place, created under
 the artistic direction of Fabio Novembre, dotted
 with mysterious symbols & red neons, part art
 gallery, part underground club. The pizzas can be
 classic as well as split into two smaller pizzinas,
 meant to be shared. Briscola believes in the quality
 of the product, but not in the orthodoxy of making               Briscola
 pizza according to pre-set rules. It creates pizzas
 with an outside of the box mentality.
