COMPANY OVERVIEW
                     NanoSave Technologies was founded in 1997 and is a leader in NanoTechnology
                     Research, Manufacturing and Marketing. The company is engaged in the
                     development and distribution of High Performance After Market Automotive
                     products. The company is based in Daytona Florida USA, the home of the
                     Daytona 500 and Daytona Bike Week. The company has strategically placed it's
                     headquarters just one mile from the NASCAR Mecca, the Daytona 500.

NanoSave Technologies is actively perusing various relationships within the Auto Racing, Motorcycle
